The instructions don’t make sense and they don’t tell you what to do. Luckily I figured out. But the only thing in the box was a two page document about the remote control, not anything about the sound bar. It only worked because the sound bar is Samsung and the tv is a Samsung.

I bought a new TV and soundbar together so I never heard the new TV without the soundbar but the sound is much better than with my old TV without the sound bar. I am a little disappointed in that I was led to believe that I would not need captions for many of the shows. While I don’t need the captions near as often as I did before the soundbar, some of the voice sound is still difficult to understand.

It was worth the money. I can hear clearly now. My tv speaker are terrible. So this sound bar improved my tv and movie experience. This sound bar is awesome. It sounds so good.

So far, despite a few drawbacks, I love this soundbar! For context, I’ve paired it with a Samsung Q60R TV.
The product shipped undamaged and brand new! At its best, apps like Netflix and Max have been able to deliver crisp Dolby Atmos audio. It’s incredibly lifelike; at louder volumes, it’s like being in a theater. The up-firing speakers work best at slightly louder volumes, or if you set up your seat to be closer.
There do exist a few negatives though. Some apps like Disney Plus and Paramount Plus claim to offer Dolby Atmos yet only deliver compressed Dolby Digital Plus. However, that’s a problem for those companies to fix. On its own, another problem I ran into was audio passthrough. My TV has an ARC port instead of the newer eARC port and only supports compressed Dolby Digital passthrough. I partly bought the soundbar to experience my PS5 the way it was intended. But I only get stereo on most games and Dolby Digital on Blu-rays, even when those movies have an Atmos audio file. I do get the intended sound when I plug the PS5 directly into the soundbar but then I lose the high framerate feature by plugging directly into my TV. I suppose much of this is a personal issue, but if you’re in the same boat as me, make sure that your TV either has an eARC port or purchase an HDMI splitter!

Very happy with the product for the price paid. Only downside is that it does not seem to be a model available to use the smart things app for proper equalization. Since you cannot manage via app, you need to deal with the remote and very small display built-in

Had to return the sound bar because the sound would not match the speech on the TV. There was a slight delay when the people talked. This drove me craze.

The sound coming out of this is clear as day and an absolute plus that it even has dolby atmos inside. The bass from the subwoofer is very powerful and sounds great. Pair the subwoofer with the wireless rear speakers for amazing surround sound

Enjoying the enhanced sound although surprised it’s not a bit louder.
Also have connected Spotify via Bluetooth but wish it was easier to connect directly via WiFi.
