Hooked up the speaker according to the directions. The sound from the soundbar is amazing. The sound does fill the room almost like a multiple speaker system. The addition of the bass module, which I don’t have, would make the soundbar speaker system complete. The connection is via the eARC port.

We have an older Samsung TV, and this soundbar was recommended by Samsung. It turned out that we did not have an HDMI port that worked for it. We were ready to return it until I contacted Samsung tech support. Found out an optival audio cable would work. Chico at Samsung support sent me a link for instructions to set it up. It works perfectly! Listening to jazz on Sirius XM never sounded so good. So happy we got it!

What a difference! I replaced my Sony soundbar with the Samsung HW-S60B.5 Och All in One Soundbar and the sound is amazing! It pairs beautifully with our Samsung 32 inch TV and it’s a whole new world of sound for us. Both of us are hard of hearing, so the choice of the right soundbar really is critical and this is the right one for us. I’ve been really happy with this sound bar overall. It paired easily to the optional rear speakers and we’ve had zero issues with connection or performance. The soundbar just worked with my Samsung TV and also my Sony TV we just upgraded to. The sound is very clear and it has a surprising amount of bass at times.
Are there better sound bars out there? Sure! But this will more than satisfy someone looking to get away from the Tv speakers or has a small space.

Decent sound quality but zero bass. The built-in subs are incapable of producing any bass at all. It sounds like if a clock radio had surround sound.
