Purchased this item as an open box, good. I was excited because I was buying for my husband for Christmas and as long as it works, we dont really care if it’s “brand new” or not. But when you both work Ft AND have 3 kids, shopping in-store is next to impossible. So, to mh surprise, best buy no longer mentions what parts of the “this item includes” are missing in their open box price advertisements. So, to my surprise the only thing I recieved is the sound bar. No wireless sub, no plug, no mounts, no remote, no instructions. The item description says: minor scratches/marks/residue.

Worked on eARC with my TV automatically when first plugged in, not set up needed. Atmos doesn’t sound that different (if at all), but the overall sound quality is decent enough.

Ok, so I bought this supposedly “excellent” open box. However, the manual, HDMI cable, and wall mount are missing. I understand that the manual may have been missing, but should just label it “good” when a lot of stuff is missing.
Anyway, the sound the sound though is great! No complaint there. Luckily, I have a tv stand where I put the sound bar since this didn’t come with wall mount.

Sound is very good. EARC worked no problems with a Sony tv. Although the audio of this device appears to be narrow, not sure if this is due the fact the bar is shorter than the actual tv (75″) perhaps your mind plays tricks on your head to make you think the audio is very much directional. I bought 2 wireless rear speakers compatible with this unit 9200 series.

Purchased this item to go with new Samsung 65″ Q80 TV.
Set-up should have been simple and would have been had there not been a short in the HDMI cable that came with the soundbar. After much time and frustration I finally figured out the problem and, of course, had to use my own HDMI cable even though i paid for the one that came with it. All that said, the unit performs exceptionally well and I am quite happy with the sound it produces and ease of use. Very nice for the Holiday price that i paid. I really do enjoy it and think its quite a nice product. Unfortunate that quality control seems to be slipping these days (not just picking on Samsung)…

Great Soundbar for the money. With Samsung TV, Q Sympony Makes TV Speakers & Soundbar work as Surround Sound for 360° immersive sound. TV & Soundbar mounted on same wall would make you believe there are rear speakers. Sounds come from all around you. Best all around system for Bass and Sound Quality. Sounds like a $ 1000 Sound System but at half the cost. Would choose the Q60B anyday again and again.

I bought this to add to the TV we bought for our second home in Florida. It, like the TV, isn’t as big nor does it contain all the bells and whistles that the unit does at the permanent house back North. And you can tell the difference, at least I can. My wife can see no difference.
That being said, I am quite happy with this unit, especially considering how much less expensive this sound bar was compared to a larger unit. For a smaller room or a smaller budget, or if you don’t need an overwhelming experience, just a nice one, this unit will do the job just fine. Like I said, I’m quite happy with this unit.

After a few months I can say with great confidence that this soundbar is great for a large bedroom but not for a living room centerpiece sound system, it’s just not loud enough.

Awesome sound fir the cost. My wife could never here the TV speakers, TV is in an enclosed stand. This was an inexpensive solution that fit the decor and doesnt take up much space.

amazing soundbar for the price, sound is pretty amazing for a 3.1 channel. sync’s really well with my samsung neo qn85da tv in q-symphony. the only issue is no app support, so you cannot control the different sound modes via the any app and you need to change it through the tv settings. an app support will be really helpful in the future for changing sound modes and updating firmware which needs to be done via a usb as of now.

I bought this soundbar bc the tv speaker is not the best. I get it home and open and use it and works great!!! But just a couple of months ago it started acting up. Like it would kick me out of something I’m watching and go to a different input. Ik it the sound bar bc I unplug it and it stopped. I have contacted customer service yet to see what’s going on.
