    expected better sound but OK considering only $199. Was bought for school but couldn’t get it to work with both the infocus TV and dvd player. Back speakers are not very loud at all.

    I purchased an open box so i was able to obtain the otem for less then retail. The sound bar is good with the surround speakers lacking a separate volume control being a short coming of the product. We use it in our bedroom so the smaller area allows for better performance. I would not recommend for a larger room.

    Man.. Okay, to make it simple. You WILL be disappointed buying this product. Believe the reviews! The actual soundbar isnt too bad. It has good sound and decent bass. It won’t win any awards but it’s good enough. HOWEVER, the two accessory/surround speakers are trash! You’ll only hear from them if they are pressed against your ears. They’re just garbage. Not at all what you would expect from a brand name. Spend more money and buy a better sound bar.

    Bass could be louder volume is nice theater sounding. But after having for almost a year, sometimes there are sound glitches where it will almost go mute for a second or two during a video or whatever.

    Bought an open box “excellent condition”. Received it with no cushioning for the product. The product was missing the remote and no instructions. Speakers came in damaged. Everything was packed unprofessionally. All wire were wrapped with a hair tie or rubber band. They could’ve done better with the packaging. Whoever packed this really didn’t care about their job. Very disappointed.

    They have great sound but I have issues with connectivity to my Samsung TV. Even though hooked up through optical I need to select blue tooth to get it to work.

    This sound bar was worth the purchase, I am able to use Bluetooth and direct line to my tv. The two speakers do provide that extra sound quality.
    The remote sound settings are easy to navigate and to understand.
