Amazing earbuds!! I’ve always trusted Best Buy when it comes to refurbished products & I’m glad to continue trusting them! I had the Galaxy Buds 2 before and these are an amazing upgrade. There are more settings with these & the sound improvement is very noticeable. 8.5/10 earbuds! Would love to see Samsung make the equalizer a bit more adjustable and customizable.

They’re really good headphones. They slide out of my ears sometimes but I’m sure its cause i have very small ears. So thats not too bad. I really like the fact that i can block noises out. And just hear the music or heart show/movie im watching. And the color is a big plus too. Also dont need to charge them all the time either. Ive gome a week without having to charge the case.

I really like how it sounds! I think it just doesn’t fit my ear the best which is subjective. The refurbished version works great and I like that I paid less than half of a brand new one! The rubber earbuds didn’t come in purple though which was quite disappointing but overall I was happy with my purchase! Definitely works great with my samsung phone too.

my wife loves them. had to buy 3rd party ear inserts because for some unknown reason samsung decided to only include small and large, but no medium. after checking into it, apparently its intentional and wasnt a mistake like i had thought.
