    it’s, okay at best. for a company like samsung i thought they’d be able to make a good product but this is mid at best. even JL earbuds would’ve been better than this. If you don’t have a samsung or any sort of android, these headphones are pretty useless, plus because of the size they fail to fit in ur ear and would slip often.

    Got this refurbished to save cash. The earbuds themselves sound fantastic, good noise cancelation, and transparency mode is alright. Mine did come with only 2 pairs of ear tips instead of 3 but those 2 fit me perfectly. Just something to note.

    I have gotten refurbished earbuds from Best Buy before without issue so I decided to try again. This time one ear wasnt working so i had to return it. The sound in the working ear was great though. I still give 4 stars because Best Buy made the return so easy and everyone that helped me was super nice. I do plan to buy refurbished items again in the future.
