I tried to return them immediately and you did not offer a solution other than that i eat the full cost of the headphones so I’m not shopping here any longer

These buds are excellent to listen to music, books, and make phone calls. Sound is clear. My only complain is ear-tips are deficient. Buds tend to come out of my ears. It can be annoying. Besides that, sound and clear voice quality are evident.
