Both protectors had bubbles and dust trapped underneath despite all the precautions taken during installation. This should have been installed on the device at the factory. Horrible money grab.

Knocking off a star as the paper instructions aren’t great, definitely watch a video. Otherwise went on clean and with ease. It is film so of course you need to be a little more careful applying vs glass.

Instructions on paper are unclear definitely watch but even then it’s still a bit of mess to install, once it’s on it feels good, but still don’t recommend because of the installation process.

The instructions are not clear the sticky would not stickthe bubble are unbearable. You need to be a trained professional to install this crap!

My husband installed it on my phone and says it took him no time. There is only 1 tiny bubble but its hardly noticeable. It also comes with 2 protectors.

I found a video online for installing the film protector. Like several others have mentioned, there’s no clear instructions inside the box. Still,it’s simple after watching that short video. Unfortunately, even being super careful, I ended up with 2 bubbles that just couldn’t be worked out with the little squeegee. It’s not a big deal, and I still have the spare to try. I think I may try the glass protector that Zagg makes.

You’re going to use both because the first attempt will be a lesson on how to do it incorrectly. When you do it correctly good luck putting it on without any bubbles. The side mount guide is wobbly at best and no where near as successful or easy to use as the protectors with a full size plastic mold of the screen to aid in install. Living with the bubbles for now but eventually this will probably be trashed. Complete waste of money.

I wasted my money. 2 tries each ended up with a spec of dust causing a bubble in different spots. I ended up with something else. If you can install in a dust free environment I suppose it would work.

If you buy it from Best Buy pay an extra $8 to have geek squad install it for it is impossible for anyone (besides a phone tech) to get the dirt and air bubbles out trying to get it installed right.
Read the reviews on Samsung website from the people who bought it, the only thing they didn’t write was the swear words for it was waste of $22 and let alone the aggravation of losing the money and still having to look for where to buy an after market cover screen protector.

Application was flawless, no bubbles. Tip: Before applying – scan the QR code for a helpful video with a step by step demo on how to apply. Two protectors are included in case you need a backup. It has already protected my front screen from minor scratches.

I feel like this helps protect the outer screen well. When I first put it on (over a month ago), it had a bit of a crease from how it is applied, but that has totally disappeared now. The guide for putting it on is very easy to use too.
