    Ive experienced several very flawed connectivity issues. Very hard to clean. Easy to lose and find my device does not work at all. Battery life and recharge speed is amazing however!

    I absolutely love these. First of all, they fit my small ears perfectly. The surround sounds amazing, the quality of the sound, noise canceling, and ambient are all superb. I can wear both buds all day at work with no worries of a dead battery. The case can go for 3-4 full days on a single charge. Controls are easy to use.

    The sound quality is wonderful and they feel comfortable. However, they get lost easily. If the case falls out of my pocket, it opens and the buds go flying. I lost one of them for months under a chair.

    Other people complain that it’s difficult to hear me. Hard to put in my ears. Loose. Music doesnt sound very good. Answering and hanging up seems to be a problem. I should have bought the better ones

    For sound they are great but for using when on the phone, the caller doesn’t get good quality and struggles to hear me. I wouldn’t only purchase it again for sound but use my older headset for phone calls.

    Much better sound than the original Buds pro. I’m not a fan of ear buds but needed something for work so i got these – they’re great for sitting around the office or low impact activities like walking or basic housework, so I got a second set for the road (i travel a lot for work). Trouble is, the second you get moving and start working up a sweat, they fall right out of your ears (or at least mine..). Tried all the sizes, cleaned ears before work outs and hikes, they just don’t stay put. After the 17th time they fell out at the gym or on the trail, had to take them back. still have a set at the office for podcasts and teams calls, but not a good when active.

    These buds are useless. They have no background noise reduction capabilities. When having a phone conversation, the person wearing they sound extremely muffled. I would not recommend these even for children.

    These are good earbuds, I really like the noise canceling qualities and they fit my ears well. I don’t feel like the battery life is long long as stated on the description but they are lasting longer than other one I have purchased. I will lose connection at random times for no apparent reason, even with my phone within distance.
