After being without a stove for 5 months (due to backorder) I’m so far pleased. I read reviews that was and wasn’t favorable. As far of unfavorable like cooktop being a problem getting clean if you use a ceramic glass cleaner it will help protect cooktop and clean the bottom of your pans! It’s a new cooktop it will get much hotter than your previous so it will burn anything on the bottom of pan thus sticking to cooktop. And about oven taking too long to heat and temp is wrong. I timed each top took 10 minutes and bottom 15 and as 1 oven 14. Far as temp not correct if you read your manual it tells you how to adjust if it’s to high or low. So overall I think this is a good range. If something changes my mind believe me I will come back and make it known.

I’m really loving the range. I use the convection feature frequently and it cooks super fast. There is also a warming drawer on the bottom that I use often as well. Yes, I would recommend!

Great look in our kitchen! The flexibility is outstanding! It is a lot of buttons and settings because of the flexibility which might be intimidating to some. But, it is totally worth it to be able to do precisely what you want. The layout is intuitive. Dimensions were exactly as advertised and delivery / install was quick and easy. Preheats very quickly and cooks great! Very happy with this so far!

LOVE the flexible oven size. All the other double ovens were small , and the main oven was on the floor level– too hard on the back to pick up a heavy dish or turkey, and who wants their food on the floor? Also love the bridge burner and warming burner. I have only had it a couple of weeks- but so far so good!

I thought having a door that splits open to reveal a top and bottom separately would be great. Unfortunately neither the top or bottom are good for baking.
The oven will burn the outside of the baked goods, but the inside is still under cooked. Tried all kinds of different settings but nothing helped.
Pizza come out soft and floppy, no crispy crust on the bottom, even with a pizza stone.
Not at all impressed with oven, and I would not buy again.

Works as advertised. Split door feature is very helpful. I mostly use the upper oven unless I am baking or cooking fir a crowd. Stove top is easy to keep clean and the elements cook well.

From day one the oven would not keep temp. It would beep to say the oven was at temp in lest that 30 seconds, but using a thermometer, it would be barely above room temp. It would then take it 45 min to 1 hour to get close to temp, usually between 10 to 15 below and even if we waited it never got hot enough. I have gone thru many (7) warranty repair services and still nothing. I have been battling Samsun and Best Buy to try and get a refund/replacement with no luck. You have been warned!

Nice oven, works very well. A couple of the features that I don’t like: the cooking time starts immediately, even before the oven has preheated, should offer a feature to start cooking time as soon as the oven is preheated; the upper rack is convection bake only, and not “regular” bake, so you have to bend over and use the harder-to-reach lower oven for the “regular” baking; even with the light it is impossible to see what the progress of what you are making because of the middle oven tray blocks the view on top and the bottom, so to see what you are cooking, you have to open the oven and pull out the rack; finally, the dual burner on the stovetop isn’t standard size and it is almost impossible to find a griddle that fits on those two burners, even though that is a nice feature to offer, it isn’t really usable and you’ll notice that even Samsung doesn’t offer an optional accessory that will work with this feature. Overall, however, the oven works well. I’m not sure I would select this oven again now that I’ve used it for a month just because of the annoying features that just seem to be a bit off.

My husband and I bought this stove, a Samsung refrigerator and Samsung microwave 18 months ago. I literally just paid off the 18 months 0% financing and we have had issues with all three appliances within three weeks of each other. Buyer beware!!!! We didn’t have any issues with this stove and then one day I have the oven preheated at 3:25 to bake some potatoes and they caught fire within about 10 minutes. Thankfully my husband caught it or we would’ve burned the house down. After the oven cooled down I tried again and kept a close eye on it to see what was wrong. Again the potatoes started to burn and I realized it was because the top broiler elements were on rather than the oven. The control showed that the oven was set to bake but the broiler was actually on. Samsung is handling that repair for me but I have to admit I’m always going to be scared of the stove. Last night my husband and I were standing in front of the microwave where I was heating milk at 50% power for one minute and 40 seconds. We had heard a loud pop but we didn’t know where it came from. I realized that the milk didn’t heat and I said it again and realized that the microwave for now wasn’t working. My issue with the fridge freezer was that the freezer drain was clogged and the food was constantly defrosting. $275 repair for an 18 month old appliance. We have never been able to use the ice function because the ice taste terrible and there was no filter for this particular refrigerator. I blame myself for not realizing it when I bought it. Anyway I would say do your research. I have quite a bit of buyers remorse. The two stars I’m giving it is because for 18 months anyway we had no problem and I was overall happy with the appliances.

There are many features to recommend this stove., including a dual oven setting and a shabbat timer setting. I do not prefer electric stoves but this one has a clean looking appearance and works well.

We love the cooktop. The oven is terrible. It never held the temperature correctly since purchase. After 8 months the oven door wouldn’t stay closed properly causing the convection mode to turn off and on. We returned it. Probably won’t be buying Samsung again.

I have had this oven for approximately 1.5 years. The hinges gave out so the door will not shut. The cost to to repair is half the original purchase cost. Samsung will not help saying it is out of warranty. Extremely dissatisfied. From a day to day performance perspective the stove top runs very hot. I would not put it above a 4 unless I was boiling water. The oven has hot spots which required rotating the oven. I did like the dual oven, usually just used the top and it was very fast to get to temp. Overall, will not buy another samsung oven after this experience.

Absolutely crap. I bought this as a smart oven so I could control with Alexa. Doesn’t work. The “smart” feature didn’t work for years as Samsung didn’t have the technology up and running until 2021. After they finally came out with an app for it, all it does is turn the oven off or on. Pointless. Never had worked with my Alexa. I have had this range for 4 years and have had nothing but issues. The back panel from the beginning would quit working in the middle of cooking so I couldn’t turn the oven off. The top dual door frequently would not open when cooking and will turn the oven off mid cooking because there is an issue with the latch. At this point the latch will not shut at all and the door hangs open. Time to replace. I have bought Samsung appliances in the past including a washer that was recalled for the drum becoming unattached and basically exploding, a dryer with multiple issues. Customer support is not helpful nor worth the time tracking someone down to help you. I will never buy Samsung again.

We were having dinner and all of a sudden heard a crack . The glass top cracked on its own , perhaps due to the high heat . I hope the warranty that I got for it covers it . Will be back soon
