    Runs great. I have been using this in my laptop and it runs without giving any issues. Make sure to install the Samsung Magician app to keep the drive updated with the latest firmware. (this was already up-to-date)

    I already have the 1TB 970 Evo and been using it for the last 4years in my laptop and never had any problems. So I bought the 500gb version because I trust the 970 EVO series.

    Unlike the conventional use of this SSD as a boot drive, I decided to convert its function to a portable SSD storage solution, which it has perfromed exceptionally well despite a much more thermally taxing environment in a metal enclosure. Reads and writes are bery consistent, and the drive didn’t show signs of thermal throttling when performing big data transfers.

    This Ssd isn’t the faster one that you can buy but, Enough for most of the process that you will do, for gamers better buy the faster option like 990 Pro

    Samsung has not failed me with this line of M.2 SSD’s I have bought a 1 TB one in the past, my sister has a 500gb M.2, my friends also have 500gb and 1 TB m.2 SSD’s of this specific brand and line, and none of them has failed yet. If you are going to buy an SSD this is it. very easy to install, compatable with future upgrades and is overall my go-to choice for desktops. If you are looking to get better or more storage space then I would recommend this just make sure your motherboard and or pc has an NVMe M.2 slot, otherwise 10/10 would and going to buy again.

    Samsung makes great solid state storage devices and this 90 EVO is no exception. It installed eaasily onto my PC’s moherboard, it was easily recognized by the motherboard so there was no installation hassle, and it works great…fast and silent. Samsung also has apps available to clone an old drive to this card and to manage it. Samsung is all I buy because of it’s reliability and performance.

    I’ve been using the Samsung 970 EvO Plus for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with it. It’s one of the fastest SSDs on the market, and it’s been incredibly reliable. I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever.
    The 970 EvO Plus is also very power-efficient, which is important to me since I’m always on the go. It doesn’t generate much heat, which is also a plus.
