    I appreciated the changes you have made to your whole house service agreement that diagnostic visits are now included in the agreement. The tech that verified what I already believed (that my previous stackable washer/dryer was not salvageable) was very knowledgeable. My space for a new washer/dryer was problematic in terms of space but we worked out a very satisfactory solution – one that would allow me in the future to unstack the combo when planned renovations to the space is complete. After looking over the site, I followed the tech back to the store and ordered Samsung stackable washer/dryer. It was installed 15 days later right before Christmas. I love the new set!

    It does a good job drying. It’s taking me a little to get used to the different settings. It’s really low to the floor which I don’t like so we are going to have to get a drawer for below it. So far I like it.

    Everything about this sale was great…except for one thing. We bought a new gas dryer to go with the new washer we bought earlier. At the time we bought the dryer we wanted one to match our washer. The associate helping us told us that our purchases did not come in pairs so we bought a stackable dryer that was at least the same color. Later in looking on line we discovered that our washer and dryer DO come in pairs! So now we have mismatched appliances. Looking at that every day now reminds us of two things. We have gone from absolute fans of Best Buy and TotalTech to realizing that we need to be much more cautious and we need to comparison shop to avoid another incident like this one. We also know we were far too trusting of the knowledge and expertise of Best Buy associates.

    So far so good. Excellent dryer with great looks. Only thing is the installation deserved to be proper first time. Smelled gas leak, but BB sent technician to fix and fine now.

    Dryer delivered Mar 8th, 2022 on April 1st, 2022 clothes do not dry completely on any sensor settings, after 2 minutes the dryer shuts off, even though the clothes are still damp. Paid $800 for dryer that is not working in less than 30 days. I wish this was an April Fools Day Joke, but it isn’t! Shame on you Samsung!

    The fact that nobody told me I would have to pay an additional $88 gas hookup permit for the city would have been nice to know originally… Ok otherwise although I’m not really thrilled to hear that Samsung is not one of the best Brands and I guess I should have known that since it only came with a one-year warranty…

    it’s a good dryer while it works… but after 28 months it doesn’t work!!! I felt something was burning inside and it smelled bad… Then it doesn’t turn… Warranty is only 24 months, so I’m not covered by warranty. so disappointed… 🙁

    My old dryer was taking two cycles to get things done. This new dryer has consistently dried all my clothes in one cycle. It has modes for all kinds of loads, which helps save energy. It doesn’t solve the problem of fitted sheets getting balled up and not drying, but it handles everything else we throw at it.

    Beautiful to look at but scratches easily. The smart sensor did not work so only one setting is able to dry clothes or you have to keep restarting the dryer. They sent a tech to replace and exactly when it fell out of warranty the sensor stopped working again.

    I got this dryer as a floor model. Nothing wrong with it, it was just a floor model on display. Saved a huge amount of money cause of it being a floor display model and they still offered a warranty. Only had minor scratches but dryer works really good.
