    Love this dryer. Smooth operation, drys clothes perfectly and aesthetically a nice looking unit. Added the pedestal drawers at the bottom and would highly recommend it as it’s easier to access plus having extra storage space for your detergents.

    Does a terrific job, and in a shorter time frame than our previous dryer. I can’t give any info about the settings, because we had ours set up with the matching washer stacked, and it is so tall as a set, I can’t see the dials. The guys here are in charge of dryer. Really nice looking set.

    Economy Setting Great for small loads but if you need to dry a full load of towels make sure economy is off and use quick dry setting

    I’m giving this an “average” review due to the broken piece after about 1 month of use already. The overall features, steam option and overall look of this dryer definitely make this unit unique, but for what you pay for you expect a little more out of the quality of what the actual machine is made out of and the longevity of the unit lasting you. Of course it was a plastic piece that broke initially and when I called to get service support from a Best Buy member with my paid for Geek Squad protection, he explained to me it would be “months” before someone could come out to replace this small part broken and could not even give me a definitive date. Fortunately it is still within the year protection plan with Samsung but still unfortunate to have to wait so long on what seems to be a simple repair on something I had just purchased and had installed. Wouldn’t recommend the Samsung app on this unit either, ‘Smart’ capabilities are not actually included but have to be bought as something that is installed / clicked in on the front of the unit. I won’t be buying from Best Buy after this experience mainly due to the poor customer service and wait times AND delivery times. First Samsung product bought and I am not the biggest fan.

    Well I had some high hopes, it looks great beautiful design. Nice front control panel but is a bit complicated, if you select one button it counters a time choice and redoes your time option. The biggest problem is the weird fuzz around the inside lip of this dryer and how tons of fuzz stays on my clothing it seems it either is exuding from the felt / furry inside rim of the dryer. The goal of buying an expensive high end dryer is to be user friendly, dry your clothes efficiently and removing all the excess shedding and fuzzy stuff that is all over our clothes. Well, sadly this dryer doesn’t & now according to this website I’m stuck with my purchase that does NOT work well, in fact it’s counter productive putting yet MORE furry stuff all over my clean clothing and linens. No one answers the store numbers and I’m talking to people from different countries not even the US they can’t transfer us to our local stores. This is not a good way to serve customers who spend hard earned money on items they need to have in their home and if they don’t work well or have issues you don’t stand by your products and don’t even come to the phone to provide us a resolution. This is not a good business model long term.

    This is a great dryer, I bought the pair and stacking kit. I found a youtube video of someone not installing it right, allowing us to see how to do it right. This has many features such as steam that I haven’t even used yet. It works great and my only issue is the fact that it isn’t completely smart as I was told it was. This requires a smart things adapter to connect to wifi and functionality is limited to seeing the drying time left.

    Defective from Manufacturer. Please check on-line for the MULTITUDES of videos and posts about a stuck relay causing you to have to replace the whole control board ($150+ part). The fact that Samsung has THIS poor of quality control is shameful! This problem is unique, it’s universal. Bad!

    No more Samsung appliances for me.

    Please dont buy. Starts out smooth and later on…less than a year later…the product is horrendous Loud and has faulty parts. The signals indicate a venting issue. Service rep said i had to clean my vents at home. I had professional come out to do so and i have the same issues.

    The “sensor Dry” is awful. often leaves clothes still damp especially jeans. Or it over dries and I end up with shrunken shirts. Can’t utilize the Wifi without the adapter, and can’t even do anything with the app feature despite watch the time because its a gas dryer.

    I have multiple homes. All my homes are Samsung packed. I came up to Samsung is the worst electronics company. My Galaxy 23 5G is buffering any time when gets into a 5G network and gets back to good service when 4G kicks back in. I travel all over US and i know what I’m talking about. Pennsylvania is full 5G and i have poor service all over. TVs in my homes , some of them have the possibility to update the software some don’t. Washer and dryers are a big joke, after 3 years of using them like twice a month for 2 adults , the washers need the door to be smashed and the dryers quit working. The electric ovens came apart in small pieces due to heat, because of the poor materials used. I have to replace my all electronics in my homes after 3 years of using those moving between 2 homes. I am so disappointed of Samsung! I’m moving to American products. As can be seen in the pictures, the dryer pulley is melted, the idler pulley was stuck and melted bushings. I have the same issues for all Samsung electronics in my both homes, i didn’t want to come up with a bad review, but when things happened for me in the second home, i snapped…

    The sensor dry doesn’t allow for some heavier material to completely dry. So I have to set the timed cycle.

    Dries well. Large capacity. Blankets and covers tend to tumble into a ball and you have to stop to undo the ball, but otherwise great.
