It’s big with lots of buttons but I find it is easy to use. Great to be able to dry delicates and sweaters separately to eliminate snagging. Large capacity for doing comforters. Filter is easy to clean. Quiet operation. Love it!

The product has been overall good. However, right after plugging it in ,we needed to call for a service call due to half of the buttons not working (bad electronics board). Sure, they came out and fixed it, however, the dryer never connects to our WiFi, even though it is right next to the washer that does.

Okay, so when we first saw the flex system, we though “gimmick.” We have anywhere from 5 to 9 people in the house and who is going to use the little washer or the little dryer on top. Boy were we wrong. The features are great. We use the little washer on top for small load, spill cleanups, delicates, etc. We use the dryer on top for sweaters, delicates, etc. AND, when the cycle is finished, the machine plays music. Isn’t that great? Okay, the music is better than and buzzer. There are so many cycle options to choose from. We absolutely love the set – Flex Washer and Flex Dryer.

this product is trash, it came damaged from BESTBUY, and doing an exchange is a nightmare, it’s been over 3 months and no one has updated us on anything. Just today I get a notification and it says it will be here for over a month and half
