    Just had the dryer installed and so far so good! The installers charged me $80 that I was not told about in advance for a city inspection. Haven’t heard from the city about it yet. Dryer works great!

    The dyer is easy to use-nothing too complicated about the controls. However, it takes a long time to dry even medium sized loads, and I always have to put the settings on ‘heavy duty’ when the normal setting should suffice for the size and type of items I am drying. I almost always have to put it through two cycles. There are also damp spots left on clothes.

    was not a good deal. Much better deal at Costco for a much better samsung set so purchased that one and cancelled this one. Can’t call a best buy store, when you call the 800# hold 30-45 mins. terrible. Chat and other end are like robots. Write in to exec’s no real response. rally sad where best buy is now.
