Overall this dryer does a great job. It is quiet and does a great job of drying the clothes. Ours was delivered with a small dent on the side, but did not seem to affect it’s performance – just make sure to check it over when it is delivered!

It was the perfect dryer, silent, no complaints, could hold a lot. After 6 months of use after being set up and installed by Best Buy, the heater goes out! If you get this, get the extended warranty, because Samsung is terrible to work with.

This has been an excellent clothes dryer so far, in the first year. The cycles are all well timed and do a good job drying clothes, even with bigger loads. If I had one small complaint, it would be that the top of the dryer shows small scratches easily. I do put my laundry basket on top while my load washed and dries, so that’s entirely my fault. *shrug*

I have had problems with this dryer of not drying simple shirts as well as towels. I am having to pay more in my energy bill because I am having to dry things more and longer. So it takes me 2-3 cycles to dry an item.
