    It dries clothes and has a very large capacity. Used the steam/refresh cycle a couple of times – cool when I get too lazy to iron. Same drying time as previously used dryer.

    Clothes are dryed relatively quickly and the steam function handles wrinkles well. I often forget to pull clothes out right away, so the steam function to remove wrinkles is a quick solution that works (it has also worked on wrinkled clothes that were stuffed in a drawer for a long period of time).

    I replaced my units for disability purposes and let me tell you; this unit is great!!! With it being on its pedestal the height is perfect for me. Once my wet clothes go into this dryer and I set all the settings, I walk away. I know when I hear that little musical tune come on, I’m guaranteed to have dried clothes. The clothes do not come out wrinkled or OVER dried. They s,ell great. This only happens when you wash your clothes with the proper detergent and fabric softener and or sheets.

    The load capacity is wonderful. Not only can I now do 2 1/2 loads(compared to my older set capacity) of towels at once with the matching washer but I can dry them as well and they do come out dry and not damp,or OVER dried.

    If you may be interested in updating your units, I strongly suggest you look no further. For the money this is your best option. Think of it like this, you get a Mercedes for the price of a Hyundai.

    Overall, a great product for the price. Not sure how much the wrinkles are getting our, but overall, I will recommend this product.

    We’ve only had this a month, but it has worked great so far. We bought this during black Friday for 50% off, the only way to get one of these. This dryer does everything well, but I would never pay full price for it. Waiting for the next 50% off sale to get a matching washer. No problems so far, we have used all settings. As for longevity, will just have to wait and see. Best Buy had a free delivery and install (install not needed but appreciated!) included. Also, l read the manual before buying which says the Y valve is not included, but the Y valve and a short water hose is included. The only things you need to buy are the exhaust and gas line. Dryer was perfectly level without any adjustments

    I find this dryer super easy to operate. Alot of selections, especially if you want to steam dry shirts or sanitize towels.

    First of all, I can’t say enough about the GREAT service I received from the 2 men who delivered and installed my washer and dryer. They made me certain I wanted to have a customer experience like that again. THEN dealing with BEST BUY was awesome as well! I had no idea how easy it would be to order these items over the internet. First I had ordered a pair with fewer features at the same price. When I saw the Black Friday price for this higher-quality pair, I asked Best Buy if I could swap them out. NO PROBLEM!!! I paid for the new pair and placed the order and set up the return of the “old pair” and the guys came and took away the old pair and delivered the new pair. NO HASSLES!!! They refunded me promptly for the first pair and I am delighted with the operation of both machines. I simply cannot get over how quiet they both are. I was expecting vibration from the heavy-duty front loader but you can hardly tell it is running! And I have to confess, I LOVE the chimes rather than those nasty old buzzers that used to nag me to unload!

    Bought this at a terrific price. It just works… Does exactly what it says it will do. Hope it last as long as the Maytag it replaced. I have other Samsung appliances and like the brand.

    I’ve had the dryer for about a month and it works perfectly. Quiet!
    The steam feature is great for “refreshing” shirts only worn once.

    Go for the most expensive Samsung. Our laundry space is on our second floor so we wanted to ensure quiet features only offered by Samsung. We got a great deal on the combined washer dryer. Not sure why others complain. I didn’t even read the manual–hot power, select your setting and hit start. I read all of the reviews, and hesitated from switching from the traditional washer dryer, but won’t switch back from the high capacity high efficiency units!

    Bought this dryer as a floor model as it was supposedly going into discontinue mode. If you can find one at a steal as I did, I would definitely buy it.

    Have had this druer for a while now. Quiet and well worth the money. The steam option is great for getting out wrinkles.
