I am more than pleased with this Samsung Neo QLED 8K TV. Has an amazing crisp picture with excellent detail. I originally planned to purchase the 4K version which is an excellent choice. I chose to step up to the 8K. Programs are limited but that will be changing as consumers are purchasing these new models & 8K is now offered by several makers. Media companies will be offering this platform soon to meet demand. This is my 3rd Samsung TV in the last 14 yrs. Ive been very pleased with their TVs.

The tv is great but sometimes the screen will just go black or say no hdmi connected when I’m playing my series x with a brand new 8k hdmi cable. Ive contaced samsung and best buy with no luck other then bring the tv back but since im 2 hours away from the best buy and it not fitting in my jeep (I had to have a friend pick it up for me) I’m starting to see that I’m SOL since ive had the tv for almost 2 weeks. I know I’m not a best but elite member or anything but for what I paid for this tv i figured i would get some better customer service. Its also really annoying not being able to talk to anybody at the and having to talk to somebody at a call center. Definitely will not be buying from best buy anymore especially since one lady from the call center said shes had to beg, borrow and steal in her life and i need to do the same and figure out a way to get the tv back to best buy.

I was testing this equipment for two weeks and ended up returning the TV because when you have backgrounds with white images, you notice a gray shading in the background called dirty screen and in dark backgrounds it has flowering in the images when the lighting is not accurate, due to Samsung is using illuminated panels with mini LEDs are very green in technology and 8k technology you can only take advantage of a computer that offers that native resolution, otherwise the tv will scale the image to get a little to 8k that does not It is native conclusion you are paying a lot of money in a very advanced technology to what currently offers streaming services that barely offers the native 4k and everything is scaled I am not a newbie in this world of tv I have been since when the tv of had white and black until now and every 2 years I buy high-end tv from Samsung and now I’m with oled from LG.

By far the best TV I have ever owned. The clarity is unbelievable . eyepopping, especially streaming video in 4k. The tv is 8k capable but the only thing in 8k is on you tube. 8 k on you tube looks spectacular. The tv at best buy was showing 8 k in the display. and the salesman told me that when I got the tv home the picture would not be as good as to what was showing in the store. The salesman was wrong the picture is as good as or maybe better than what was showing in the store . Even though I wasnt viewing 8k it looks like the tv upgrades 4 k towards 8 k. I sit on the couch and watch a show and I just have to marvel at the picture quality. The details of people’s faces is unbelievable. as you can see from my cell phone pictures. . The deep blacks. The black is so deep it almost looks like the tv is turned off when it goes dark between scenes. The brightness, the edge to edge sharpness with practically no bezel all adds to the whole viewing experience. I love the remote that doesn’t need batteries. The remote is very responsive and works every time. I had a Samsung 55 inch before and the remote was not as reliable. I have separate speakers and the sound going through these speakers sounds better. The tv has all the latest apps for streaming video that my old tv didnt have. This TV is not cheap thats for sure. But as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This is the top of the line from Samsung . Samsung out did themselves. Your going to love it

This is an expensive TV however if you want something that will light up the room this is the brightest TV and it will definitely do that. I have tried so-called manufacturers with the same brightness and it looks so washed out. I love this model and get one every other year. All OLED is too dark, not everyone has a room without windows, get the Neo QLED, will be twice as bright.

Unreal 3 dimensional quality! Tv comes loaded with so many apps. It really is smart. Pair it up with a Samsung soundbar for Q Symphony and it’s heaven on earth. You buy it and you’re future proof for 8K. In the meantime it upscales everything else to perfection!

I already own a Samsung Q800 8k television, setting up is a little more complicated,but it’s worth it, my previous TV for the bedroom was anLG oLED c1 this is vastly better overall. Sound is fantastic too. Very Happy.

The first show we watched was Magnum PI. The shots of Hawaii were amazing. So bright and color rich. We both had big smiles. This TV replaced a 6 year old Samsung 55″ 4K TV (UN55HU6950). This TV lacked a lot of apps like HBOmax. I thought my old TV had good picture clarity. I was wrong. The new TV shows so much detail in bright rich colors. The upscaling must really work. I haven’t gotten comfortable with the new remote. Personally, I still like the old remote with all the buttons. Installed the apps I need but still have hours of playing around with tons of new features. Connected Samsung phone (SmartThings) to TV. The sound is really good with reasonable bass. I’m still considering a soundbar with Qsymphony. We had BestBuy’s 3rd party install and setup TV. Glad we did. The TV stand is very solid and heavy. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this TV to upgrade my fully functional Samsung TV, which I donated before I got this TV. My TV came with full dust in the box. Cracks and sand on the back. I went to the store couple of times to exchange it But the TV wasn’t in stock. Now TV is in stock but my return or exchange time period is over. Return wasn’t an option as I already had given my old TV. It seems this is my last SAMSUNG tv. 3k plush TV with this kind of conditon?

Screen cracked for no reason over a period of 24 hours. Started out as fractures on the side then straight up middle. Best Buy told me it was customer abuse. Store employee accused me of damage. Never will buy from Best Buy again.

Excited for this tv with an awesome deal. It stated Open box excellent. But when i got this it says fair condition. Best buy in rancho. Drove 1 hour to get there. Picked up the tv and it had no box no plugs whatsover. And no remote. So i went back inside and ask for the connections and they gave me the wrong one connect box. Poor customer services.

We purchased this TV in Dec. 21 When it was delivered the screen was cracked. Waited until Feb for replacement. The replacement developed an red line in screen in Oct. GeekSquad replaced the back of the TV in Oct. Now the TV screen has a green spot on the screen. DO NOT BUY! Samsung has no quality control over this product.

So I was very excited to get this TV delivered and mounted. I read so many reviews and just could not wait. Well, the TV blew me away amazing picture and quality BUT!
Yes there is a BUT! It is not compatible with the Amazon Firestick or Fire Cube. If you use these devices as much as I do then return it and get your money back as soon as possible. All other devices work: Spectrum Box, Roku, Playstation and DVD player (I had to borrow these as I don’t own these devices).
The geek squad guys that installed the TV tried for hours to get this working and no luck. They told me to go to the store and get a new one connect box as they thought that was the issue. Well I drove to Best buy explained and luckily they had a new one lying around. Took it home and still same issue.
I contacted Samsung and Amazon and they both virtually took over my TV. They both blamed each other of course. I tried all HDMI ports and no luck. I even went back to best buy and both new HDMI cables for 8K and still no luck. After contacting Amazon numerous times and getting a live agent from the States they stated that my TV was on the list of non-compatible with Amazon Fire Stick and Fire Cube. So, long story don’t buy this if that is what use with your TVs!

Super happy with this TV! I was able to snatch it up from my local Best Buy as an Open Box deal, and I used my gift cards. Super wonderful quality! Only issue is Best Buy sold it as new with an old remote. Also, the parts did not all have the same serial number (including the remote).
