Great oven, use the air fryer all the time. Would be 5 stars if the keypad lit up – the only thing that lights up is the screen where the temp and time are displayed.

Bought it about 2 years ago after we remodeled our kitchen. It’s an elegant piece, the stove top heat is perfect, love the fact that it has 2 size options. The oven is super powerful I use the convection option all the time.

It is nice stove and works well for the most part. However the position of the control buttons are poorly placed. It is very easy to just brush the buttons lightly and turn on the oven. I am short and when I lean to clean the back part of the stove, I hit the buttons as well. One of the knobs also broke after 4 months of use, and after a power outage the clock was stuck on military time and we have tried everything to get it back to “ normal” time but nothing works. A minor thing, but apparently other people online have had the same issue.

So far so good! This is a really nice stove. I love all the bells and whistles, but I really love the fingerprint resistance is really resistant. This is what stopped me for purchasing stainless steel for so long. I was nervous because some people reported that it was a big deal….well, I am pretty ocd and it’s just a matter of wiping it down after you use it.

I purchased this unit when the (better) oven I purchased showed up with a forklift hole in the back.
The oven itself and the cooktop is great.
The WiFi features went out within 3 months and BB sent a tech who never fixed it, nor did he sned the parts as promised.
The knobs have all broken within 18 months, and replacements are not only back-ordered, but they’re $43 each.
I would not purchase this oven again.

I replaced a 12-year-old Kenmore, not because it didn’t work, but because it’s nice to get new things every so often. After 18 months this $1250 range suddenly started failing to heat (all elements and oven) even though control panel looks fine and there are no error codes. Reboot it (turn off breaker for a minute) and it’s back to working…until next time. Clearly it’s completely functional except it simply doesn’t think so. Can’t see how it can be anything but the control board, but even though I can replace it for under $200 probably this experience is enough to make me never buy any Samsung major alliance again. Too much money for such a short life. Out of warranty naturally even though when I Google the symptom it sounds like a bunch of people have it.

I can’t keep the stove clean. Every time I try, the control panel activates and changes the time or the lights go on or something else happens. I haven’t used the oven yet. Also, isn’t counter depth, like the Samsung refrigerator. So it sticks out. Not happy with this purchase.

Great oven/range so far. Many nice features, easy to use and quality appliance. I use it every day. I definitely like the front panel controls instead of the rear controls. I’ve only had an issue with a vibrating noise from a back vent cover panel when running the oven, but it seems to be going away.

It has worked as advertised. The only negative remark is that the knobs are plastic, and their connection to the pin can break if you are not careful.
The position of the knobs at the front provides esthetics, but it is also risky because you can turn the cooktop on unintentionally. If you like to put your electric pressure cooker under exhaust hood temporarily (those have a plastic base), be aware…. I have had to buy 2 pressure cookers already (first it was wife, second grandma). This is no Samsung fault, nor is my wife/grandma. Apparently is my fault because the cord of the cooker was too short, and as a result, they had to put it too far in (close to the backsplash), so when they bent to check the food they press the knob with the belly…..(neither my wife or grandma are fat). 🙂

Knobs broke within a year. Temperature will not adjust and stay locked in at a particular seeing. Have to turn off and on just to like”reset” it. Not a good buy. Had it two years and already looking to buy another.
