Love the backless look of this range. Makes the kitchen look sleek. Still tryin to figure out all the bell and whistles. My only complaint is that everytime I’m baking and I open the oven. It automatically changes to broil. So keep an eye out at first. I’m sure there is a setting to correct that.

My Samsung range was finally delivered four days ago after waiting two months for it to come back into stock. Tonight I went to use the Flex Duo oven capability for the first time and it is totally dead. The divider, which is in the correct position, does not beep when slid into place, the “upper” and “lower” oven selection buttons do not light up, and there is no way to use it as a double oven. So much for convection baking cookies in the upper oven while baking a casserole in the lower oven. It is as if Flex Duo doesn’t exist in my particular range. After “chatting” with Samsung Customer Service and calling the Geek Squad, I now have an appointment in two weeks with an authorized Samsung repair service. BTW, the repair service Better Business Bureau rating is “F.” I feel like I just wasted $3200 for something I can’t even use!

It looks great and easy to use. The only thing is that you have to make sure your cookware is made of stainless steel or cast iron. There is a list of materials they don’t want you to use like copper, aluminum, ceramic, etc. But so far it’s great and functions well.

Three critical issues
1. not safe: If you lean up against a dial, the stovetop will turn on. I defended it from family who had the issue from the first day, but after being careful I still did it twice. this range is unsafe.
2. Dial settings not visible: you cannot read them without putting your face right next to the dial to see if you are turning the knobs to any setting.
3. Heating safety: scenario. convection bake. I place fish sticks in the top oven before reaching 400degrees. in 20 mins the fish sticks are crisp. however, if I set the temp to 415, the fish sticks will be crisp in 8 mins. we tested this 20 times. If you set to 425, the fish sticks will be smoking black in 8 minutes. smoke alarm activated. we will keep it, but I would not recommend to anybody else.
Samsung rejected this review on their site, so you can surmise other safety complaints have been rejected as well.

The range is sleek and stylish. It has the air fry option, but did not come with a drip pan. The buttons are very sensitive so you have to make sure you don’t press buttons while your cooking or cleaning the stove top. The oven settings are a pain to navigate and save as a main option. You can only use some options if you remove the oven split rack. Overall it’s a good product and works well, like all things it just needs a few adjustments for the next model.

This stove is very sleek looking. Just had the kitchen remodeled and all new appliances installed. We have used the stovetop and upper oven so far and it is very easy to keep clean. Looking forward in trying out some of the other features soon.

I had a Samsung Duo for about 10 years that I loved. This one is not nearly as nice. They removed one of the racks in the oven so there are now only 2 racks. It defeats the purpose of a double oven. Worst is that the stove top is impossible to clean. I’m not happy with this one at all.

I have been waiting to get this stove for a few years, I am so glad I finanly made the purchase. While I am still getting used to a induction style top it has been great. I love the mobile features so I can keep track of my cooking times even when I am outside or busy around the house. It has all the bows and whistles. the duo door allowing my to cook different things is also fantastic. My first item to cook was prime rib, in the convention bake setting for a few hours and it turned out amazing crispy outside and well done. Would look to repurchase if anything happens to this one.

I bought this item as an “open box” oven. The instruction manual is missing. I did have a small manual with it, but not the one needed to operate. I don’t know how to use the air fry feature. I will never buy a an open box item again. if I could take it back, I would in a heart beat. I see why the first purchasers took it back.

I love this range and oven. It has the best features EVER!!! I’m a baker and it works wonderfully for my baked goods. The air fry feature is killer, the flex zone is epic! I could go on!! BUT all of that is overshadowed by the fact that in the last 6 months, I’ve owned 2 of these, and am returning yet another one!! The first issue was the oven door locking and refusing to unlock, and then refusing to close, after not even having it for a month. It was replaced with the unit we have now. This unit was delivered and installed Feb 21, 22, and today I literally TOUCHED the oven control panel with the soft pad of my finger, and the black stainless paint came off. I wasnt cleaning it, I didnt scrub it, nothing but touching my finger while removing a piece of lint. It was THAT. EASY. So I decided to look up peeling paint on these models, and apparently i am not alone. I love my oven and despite these 2 issues i am considering getting another one without the dark stainless… but I feel like I should know better at this point and just go with another brand entirely- ugh. I dont often leave reviews, but as someone who spent a lot of money, as other are on here reading these to review are potentially going to do, I’d want to know!!

This is a pretty good range, the burners work well, the divided/double oven is a great feature. You need to be a techie to use the control panel, a combination of touch, one knob, and they’re all not intuitive to us.
The worst design is the four burner control knobs. Two are pretty straight forward; two control burners with multiple sizes, difficult to master which way to turn them to reach which burner. But the absolute FATAL design flaw is the teeny tiny numbers on all the knobs (way too small, white text on silver background) which are difficult to read….but wait….when the knob is turned on a blue halo light around the knob obliterates and obscures any readability. No matter if you’re young or old, the numbers and the HI/LO text is out of sight, become illegible!
To try to read the setting you’ll be tempted to lean forward to look down on the knobs, at which point you’ll be burning your forehead, or catching your hair on fire!
Unless these knobs are changed, don’t buy this range! Oh, and the glass top is a challenge to keep clean.

My stove had to have service in the first 30 days. A wire on the oven divider had come loose in shipping. They send guys to fix it quickly. Since then, it’s been trouble free. Love the features (even though I did not think I would use most of them. Be sure to read the manual about what the different cooking settings do. They work great once you understand them. The color is nice, but the control panel is a fingerprint disaster. Wish they had a way to make the back digital panel avoid fingerprints. It is difficult to clean without turning it on.

I don’t think we have scratched the surface of this things capabilities yet but we are liking it.
The tones are a bit annoying, I am hoping that we are able to change those or mute it somehow.
The double door is awesome.
We have already had a couple of issues with people bumping the burners on, as well as one of the kids accidentally turning the top on broil (that’s what comes up first if you hit the dial) but I will chalk those up to growing pains for now.

Oven has amazing features. Really love it just one big flaw that almost caused a house fire. The knobs on the front are extremely sensitive. The slightest touch will turn them on. Have to take off two stars for that. Other than that the oven is great.

we thought that the idea of the dual ovens would be great for the holidays. how ever you cannot fit a turkey in the bottom oven and cook other items in the top oven.
also if one temp is significantly different from the other it will mess up the cooler temp and either your food wont cook right or it will burn.
the dials for the burners are difficult to see what number it is set at, and they will turn to the left or right to activate the different burners. The largest burner knob has three settings on it and it is super easy to rotate past one and into another. the wifi worked when we first got it 3 years ago. now that wifi speeds are upgraded the oven wont connect and tech support cannot help. Also the black stainless is simply a paint and it chips easily.

Great oven! Quick boil is great. Love that you can separate the oven into two with different temps and settings. Only warning is watch when you use the top part as an oven, it is only available as a convection oven and will cook food much faster than you think. Don’t go buy product cook times for regular oven cooking times.

The fan used for convection baking is misaligned or something because it’s super loud once desired temp is reached. Samsung said the part is no longer available so we’re looking to replace it. It came this way from the store.
