There is no task to big or too small for this washing machine. When the baby has an accident on his clothes I can just throw it in the top washer instead of letting it sit till I can get a full load in. The lower washer easily handles my comforters and beddings as well as anything else I need cleaned.

Looks complicated…..but it isn’t. The capacity is awesome! I love the top washer and use it a lot! The ability to do two loads at once, greatly reduces time spent doing laundry.
Both the top and lower washer clean clothes exceptionally well. I follow the directions, use the dispensers as instructed. Both also spin almost all the moisture from clothes, reducing dry time.
This unit is a bit on the large side, so measure well. Also, be mindful of which side your water supply and dryer vent are on. The dryer door can be switched, but NOT the washer door.

This is a very expensive machine!
after about 6 months of use, it started acting out and giving a weird error message right before our whole kitchen floor was filled with water. We read the reviews, seems to be a common problem. We thought it was because of detergent overuse or softener, but we almost don’t even put softener in it and very little detergent now and yet, we have been experiencing our 4th water overflow.
Funny thing is, we can’t find out where the water comes out of!!? it just fills the floor.
The headache is not worth it. I would not recommend this machine to anyone!

Due to the coronavirus our new machine, front loader, also a Samsung was supposed to be delivered March 21. They would not deliver it so we are stuck with this Samsung Toploader until such time as Best Buy’s delivery people bring it to our home. It’s a huge machine but it does not ring out the clothes efficiently. It is not suitable for largeLoads or for bedding. It becomes unbalanced

The top loader is a bonus for my delicates washes I was able to do two loads of laundry at once my cloths comes out clean very quiet front loader machine my husband like, it’s a plus and now he’s does laundry too. Great dual capacity washer. The machine allows for regular loads or smaller loads in the upper bin which makes the unit efficient. Both upper and lower bins can operate simultaneously and does a great job washing. The machine is definitely a high quality solidly built unit. I would highly recommend this to others.

We got ours replaced in 2020 to fix a design flaw, months later it obviously wasn’t fixed. If you wash in both the top and bottom at the same time when the top one goes into rinse and spin cycle it will sometimes overflow the softener compartment. This happens even when there is literally nothing in there and hasn’t overflown for the entire week previously so it’s clearly not “clogged”

Love our washer. The flexibility to do two washes at the same time is coming in very handy. The tub below is a great size to do my comforter and the top is perfect for delicates or workout wear. I like the idea of not needing to fill a whole washer for just my sons Jujitsu gear. I’ve had no problems so far and have done over 40 washes. I love that the “normal” load time is less than my old washer

So far so good. I e had it for 3 months now. It is pricy but it has the extra mini washer that comes in handy more than you’d think. Plus you can run both washers at the same time saving a lot of time. It’s a tall heavy washer but it works well. The small top washer comes in is good for delicates or small loads of wash, especially with COVID where I’m washing masks weekly. Very happy with this washer.

Love it! We were worried there are so many options we thought something would go wrong but so far so good. It takes large loads, washes well. I’m not real sure about the detergent bubble for the top washer, very easy to lose but we use it! It is a little low to the ground but we opted not to get the pedestals because the functional pedestal makes it way too tall, the shorter has no function and kind of expensive. Still not sorry at all we got it. The black set is way too much more (hundreds)just to get black.

Will not buy a Samsung washer ever again. After 4 years of gentle use (small family) washer stopped working, not draining properly leaving clothes wet. Best Buy tech identified problem as bad bearings and bad motherboard. Non repairable and online search shows parts not available from Samsung or third parties. Had a dismal experience with Geek Squad Protection, which I will post separately. Will never buy a Samsung again. Do you research on brand reliability, sorry I didn’t.
