This been a great purchase so far, The range works well and I love the space between the burners. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to baking certain foods based on hots spots in the over, but just turn the pan half way through the baking process and that issue is resolved.

The stove is all around great except for the knobs. I would not recommend this. Two of them have broken off very easily, and I have tried to order replacements which are on back order from the company. It’s been months that I have not been able to use two of my main burners. As for this reason, I do not recommend this stove at all.

Knobs Break Cheap Products and the knobs are extremely expensive to replace for the electric device. Digital panels are terrible and always stop working after cleaning!

I have a brand new gas range from Samsung and it has a gas leak. I only used it once. My gas company red-tagged it. I purchased the warranty. The retailer immediately pointed the finger at Samsung. I have been calling Samsung for a week and no one will help me. I have been eating out because I do not have a stove that works. No one should buy these stoves because their customer service is horrendous. They do not care if you have a gas leak. They do not care if their products might kill you.

Beautiful five burner propane range which fit perfectly where the old range sat in my renovated kitchen. The oven is large, probably can fit two turkeys simultaneously with tray of stuffing and pies! It arrived on my birthday, a minor miracle as I live on a small island in Hawai’i and shipping took many weeks. Photo shows my large paella pan on second largest burner with risotto cooking for a dinner party. The range is very powerful. Best Buy uses a Geek Squad to help with questions and support: Shane Short helped me and I very much appreciate the support he provided.

Firstly, the stove is awesome. The delivery was a nightmare. It took 3 times and then I had to finally hire my own installer. They sent these guys with the wrong cables, the installation was pushed back twice after the original date. Horrible customer service over the phone when I tried to get help with the installation. However the stove is awesome we love it!!!!

Great replacement for old range that had controles for over at the back. No more reaching over hot pans to adjust or start the oven or read the settings. This one has clear easy to read controls. I Had to get used to the different burner confederation with both high burners in front. This stove does not have the griddle burner in the center. The gridle that comes with the stove that has the griddle burner is to small. I have my old griddle that goes over two burners. I use the center and back left burners and it works great.
Note where your gas line comes in. The old stove had a large opening in the back for gas lines. A three inch ledge took care of this problem moving the stove three inches forward. This did not effect the kitchen at all.
By using Best Buy no second party was need to install the cas and convert to LPG.
