I absolutely love my new stove. It is beautiful and very efficient. I love all of the features and especially that it steam cleans. I haven’t used the dehydrator yet but often use the convection and roast features. I love it.
Disappointed –
Worked great for 6 months, then the problems started. While using the oven it would lose power and shut the clock/timer off and then the display went black. Glass top eyes still got hot but you wouldn’t know if the surface was hot or not because the “ hot surface “ indicator light along with all the other lights turn off randomly. Geek squad made the necessary repairs and within a month it’s broken again. They stated the motherboards are made cheaply when they made the first repair. I’m without a stove and oven for the second time within a year and forced to call customer service and take time off work to be available at their convenience. This is an expensive piece of junk!!! Stay away from Samsung appliances!!!

I would never recommend this product if you have to clean the inside of the oven the oven door gets stuck. I will not ever buy a Samsung appliance after this. I am strictly an LG fan never I have no problems out of any LG appliances

I really love this stove. I had it a year now. Im a first time home buyer and I had to replace my appliances. The delivery people were nice and installed it in minutes. I would recommend this for anyone.

With less than 2 years we had to have it serviced as it wasn’t heating up correctly. It was 60 degrees under from preheat, at the end of the warm up. When we called Samsung they tried to tell us there was a 30° +/- from the set temperature. I call that garbage design and faulty product. Only 1 year manufacturing warranty, so beware. If it hadn’t been for this and the ridiculous answers from Samsung I would have rated this better. Now I have a hard time trusting we won’t have further issues. We wasted $75 on their service call as well to be told this was normal and our thermometer was wrong. We found a local repair guy who was able to fix it.

A year and two months later, the display is on the fritz. Sure, I didn’t get the extended warrantee, mostly because I couldn’t afford it, but TWO MONTHs after a year and the device is already breaking down is shoddy workmanship. Don’t buy this piece of junk.

Worst appliance I have ever owned. And Best Buy doesn’t care. Doesn’t maintain temperature. I have had to pay someone to come fix it and they’ve been out 3 times. Replaced sensor, element, and control board. Still not fixed. Samsung KNOWS this is an issue with a couple models and doesn’t care. STAY AWAY

This stove has a hard time maintaining heat in the oven over an extended period of time. This has cause wide swinging ranges of time in our baking/ cooking. Very frustrating.

Within a year the feon elements started messing up. Instead of having different temps when you turn on the burner the only temp it has is all the way up.

After two years it has been a fairly good stove. Easily comes clean and has many useful functions. The only complaint is with the heating on top. It seems to never really cool down to simmer and I always have to remove the pan/pot from the eye or it’ll keep rapidly boiling. But this may be due to the type of pans I’m using which is why I give it 4 stars.

Great unit for the price point. Working well after a year and a half. Cleaning is an issue regarding overheating circuits so we avoid self clean. Spray cleaning works just fine. Racks are rather expensive so keep them clean.

Do not buy this junk! This is hands down the worst oven/stove ever. The heat on the burners are unpredictable. We’ve had geek squad out twice and mother board replaced…still doesn’t work properly. Highly disappointed and I’m sick with something that didn’t work.

It’s an alright stove mainly got it because of the value and style it provided. However, that begins to wane when you realize how cheap this appliance was built. The stainless steel is very easy to rust. I know Samsung owns a metal foundry and have the expertise. So, why not at least passivate the stainless pieces before putting it on the machine or coat it with a high temp resistant clearcoat. The oven’s top broiler element has begun to sag and now it droops a bit lower than the oven’s thermostat. It could have been avoided if additional supports were added to the bends on the element. The lettering has also started lifting off. Why not laser etch the metal instead of applying a decal. The stove’s knob mechanism is a bit cheap feeling, they have a decent amount of play when turned off and not entirely smooth. The oven door’s mechanism however feels very solid. Now would I say this stove would last a decade or more, I kind of doubt it. Samsung makes very well-styled appliances, which I do give them credit for but when it comes to build quality, it’s very questionable.

Great stove. I used the oven quite a bit. I loved how easy it is to used all the features and so easy to clean. Key to keep the stove top looking nice is to clean it while still hot…just be careful because you can get burn.
Sadly we sold our home and left it behind. I hope the new owners take good care of it. It was impeccable after 2 years of use.
I will definitely purchase again but probably a more updated model due that they change yearly.

I have had this stove for 3 years. I got it back in December 11 2020 and it’s now December 3 2023 and it still works just like the first day. Best stove I’ve ever had, I bake a lot and it’s performance it’s just what I was looking for. I cook everyday 3 meals a day and it heats up really fast.
