    Is easy to use, items are gently washed, selections for type of wash are more than adequate, operates very quietly, capacity is great for sheets and towels. After using my previous one for 30 yrs, this concept of washing including the steam is much welcomed.
    The installer was very kind and knowledgeable and even tightened one of the dripping faucets.
    I did notice a considerable dent in the machine (nothing to do with the install) but Best Buy was willing to compensate with an exchange or money off purchase price.

    My washer was working fine, now something is wrong with the wash machine. I stay 3 hours away from the store i brought it from…they cant send nobody iyt to fix it. They want to hive me a store credit. I ask them if i do that, who is going to come pick up the washer, they said they will. I said well if you can come pick it up, why cant you have aomeone to come service the washer or bring me another one…..it they give me a full refund, they need to pick up the dryer also….i brought as a set. I should have went with another brand. I will never get Samsung again.

    I havent even figured out all of the bells and whistles yet, but i love it! Beautiful color and love the large tub without an agitator since my old one used to wear out my clothes faster with an agitator. Clothes come out clean. Only con, certain buttons are not full buttons the press in but rather touch sensitive and i find it doesnt sense my touch or pushing enough i have to try more than once. Other than that i love it and can get used to that!

    Absolutely love this washer. No issues what so ever so far. It holds a very large amount of laundry and everything comes out so fresh and clean. Easy to use, just make sure you read your manual. I Absolutely cant wait until im able to buy the matching dry. I would most definitely recommend!
    The delivery team was great as well! They were on time, fast and informative.

    This is a fantastic and efficient washing machine. It’s super easy to use, and best of all, is very quiet. Clothes come out thoroughly rinsed and spun (and you can increase the number of spins easily), which limits the amount of time spent in the dryer. So happy with our purchase!

    I loved this washer when I first purchased it HOWEVER it constantly is shows u6 error code. It does not matter how much or how little I put in this washer it constantly is messing up. I would NEVER EVER PURCHASE THIS AGAIN!!!!

    Bought it 2 years ago with a matching Dryer. We’re totally disappointed with their Washer. The biggest piece of junk I’ve ever bought! Only gets light use.
    My wife & I are both in our 50’s, kids are gone, we do 1/2 loads at the most. The top is cracking all over the place and the lid hinge on the left side has collapsed. Photo’s attached. Now we need to buy another one but not Samsung!

    It’s past my two year warranty, and shame on me for not buying an additional one. This washer was great for a year. Now it doesn’t matter what I wash – it becomes unbalanced EVERY load. At first I thought it was something I was doing wrong. Maybe I should not wash all my 4 hoodies at once? Maybe only wash t shirts alone without my shorts? This is a very pretty pretty piece of metal that cant finish a spin cycle, so now my dryer runs for 4 hours to dry the clothes. And the quote to fix it??? $650. Um…. nope. DONT BUY.

    Underwhelmed and even frustrated. Unbalanced load didn’t alert us and instead kept churning for 2.5 hours.

    Washed our duvet yesterday for only the 2nd time since purchase and have bleach stains from using bleach 2 loads prior. We even washed a white in between to ensure this.

    Bought in December 2020, started having trouble January 2023 and completely stopped spinning Feb 2023. No one even wants to work on them because they’re trash. Same story with Samsung fridge we had to replace. Stay away from Samsung appliances!

    Do not buy this washer if you need it for more than a year. The washer was great at first but after a few months. It becomes unbalanced and rattles a lot then come up with ubr error it will then add water and minutes to the circle. It adds the water in an effort to spread the clothes evenly, sometimes this process will make the cycle times go from about 1 hour to 4 hours and use a lot of water in the process. I tried multiple times to arrange the clothes evenly, but any slight weight caused by water on soaked clothes make it unbalanced. I read the reviews before buying this washer/dryer and it has good reviews. The problem is almost all good reviews are from people that have used it for only few weeks, not months. Stay away from this washer if you plan to use it for more than a year, the dryer is okay.

    We’ve had this washing machine for a little over three years, since we purchased it, it has given us so many problems since the beginning. First started noticing the top was cracking since the tub is deep & you need to put your body weight on it to retrieve clothing. Then, not even a year after we bought it, it starts leaking everywhere onto the floor. When service repair came to look at what was wrong with it they said it was a cracked tub. It took almost two months to replace. With a family of five, a member of the family who has lupus, that needs to be carefully watched over 24/7 waiting almost two months isn’t suitable & is a long time without a working washing machine, so of course we had to do our laundry at the laundry mat until the new tub came in. Which was frustrating because they couldn’t give us an actual date when it would arrive. It was a waiting game, endless phone calls, being redirected in circles & passed on who can help us figure out a timeline. Fast forward a year later, last night, we ran a load & woke up the next morning to leaking water everywhere. Thankfully we had the washing machine drain pan underneath or it would have been all over the floor of our laundry room. Now we need to yet again get it repaired & have someone come out to diagnose the problem this time. I just wanted to share my experience with this specific washer to save anyone the trouble if I can. Don’t know if the one we bought was bad from the start but shouldn’t washing machines last more than three years?

    DO NOT…I repeat, DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. While I am a huge fan of the cell phones, the appliances do not match up. Barely 3 years in and it is beyond repair. A gasket, a hose, and who knows what else is faulty. While they are extremely attractive and sleek, it doesn’t do the job well enough for long enough. Never again. Not to mention it ate everything up. I had to buy new towels and washcloths.
