    I bought this online without even seeing because it was the right price point. It is beautiful! I could not be happier! Has a lot of functions including the pre-soak inside the lid. It feels much more expensive then it cost!

    I will never purchase a Samsung product again. This washing machine has broken down twice now since it was delivered 8 months ago. It took over three weeks to get serviced the first time with the service provider they use here. I’m currently in the process of trying to have it serviced again and Samsung has be listed as out of warranty, it took three phone calls so far and I still don’t have a service appointment. I will never deal with Samsung again no matter how cheap their products are.

    I love my washer I read negative and positive reviews even follow some suggestions I have no complaints. Im short the washer is deep I have a step stool to reach in to get things out but, I love I wash less because of the depth of the washer.

    I love this washer. It cleans so well. So much better than the front face washer set we had. I love the different settings and the fact you can set a setting for future use. I use the setting for my teens so there are no accidents. The scrub station is a bonus for me!!!

    Loving how large it is. Can wash bedding which is nice for queen fleece instead taking to laundromat. Lots settings. Only feature don’t like locking door when it’s running so have pause to open door to add clothes.

    Im not giving this a 1 star of the bad quality it is bought this washer last april 2021 few months it broke down the cycles dont change the washer dont lock Im mad because samsung dont had extended warranty I think this washer was refurbished and best buy it not helping out in nothing please dont buy this washer without warranty it a bad producy

    I waited so long to rate this washer because we spent too much money to not like it but I can’t stand it anymore so here we go. I absolutely hate this washer (and the matching dryer). Please save yourself the trouble and buy another brand. We have had it for exactly 2 years now and from the very beginning it could not get the smallest stains out and apparently there is nothing wrong with it. I have to hand wash clothes to get stains out after running them in the washer. We should’ve returned it when we had a chance but we just thought we still had to “learn” all the settings and thought it’s user error. Nope. We have gone through the manual and followed all the procedures/recommendations and it’s still a piece of crap. My parent’s old simple/cheap washing machine works so much better than this. The only reason we still have it is because we can’t afford to replace it at the moment.

    Doesn’t use enough water. Clothes are spotty and damp at best when the wash cycle is completed. I question if the clothes are even clean. Don’t purchase this model if even on sale.

    Two years after purchasing, the lid to the washer broke at the hinge. Apparently this is a common problem. You have to replace the entire lid when this happens and it costs $200.

    Horrible product. This is the third washer we have gotten in 3 months. They all keep failing. We had a technician out today to look at it and he says it needs a firmware update, but Sam son has not produce one yet so they are going to replace some parts. At this point. I would rather use LG or any other company than Samsung

    washer Is big and works perfect. It has a big loading capacity so you can practically just wash a big load and finish quick. It has different options of time, delicates, colors and so on. I am 5”5 and I barely reach to take off the clothes when it’s done washing. That’s how big it is from the inside.

    This washer cleaned fine, I guess, and the little wash station on the inside was a neat feature to rinse detergent cups out with.
    It lasted 3 years, so you get what you pay for!
    Big drum was nice if you put heavy stuff at the bottom. Good enough for comforters.
    It started to spin water out of the drum (leaked from the top of the unit!) And 1 year warranty with no parts or diagrams really available.
    Bought a Speed Queen to replace it.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. It didn’t get clothing clean and than left the clothes soaking wet after the cycle was over. Just horrible!!

    This washer did not last more then 2 years. The washer started shutting off throughout the cycle. I had an appliance repair company come to look at it and the control board is done! But the worst thing is the part is no longer available anywhere. Do not buy Samsung appliances!

    Gear on clutch assembly broke 5 days after parts and labor warranty ended. Unfortunate timing. Easy to fix myself, but clutch assembly costs about half the price of a new washing machine by itself. How does a piece that is crucial to the operation of this product be manufactured with low quality materials?

    After fixing machine will no longer run through whole cycle without throwing an unbalanced code.

    Time to buy a new washing machine, hopefully I can find a product that doesn’t cheap out on critical parts.

    I have had my washer for 2 yrs and its great. I like the option of built in sink. it does the job and i use this bad boy 2xs a week. Love the self cleaning option, and for busy days the quick wash does wonders.

    I pursued the matching washer/dryer set. I really was hesitant to not get a washer without an agitator but this washer works well. I’m definitely happy with the cleaning ability and choice of settings for wash cycles. I can fit a king size comforter without any issues.

    I had this washing machine for about 2.4 years before it completely lost power and repair will cost half as much as a new machine. I am very disappointed. Will not buy a Samsung appliance again. Will buy extended warranty from now on.
