I love my new washer! It can fit so many clothes and cleans them so well. My husband works in the restaurant business and comes home smelling like the food. This machine cleans his clothes very well while not being too rough on mine. And I love that it can connect to my phone and Apple Watch to let me know it’s done.

Exactly 3 weeks after the one year manufacturer warantee expired the washer just mysteriously stopped working. Awful that a new product only lasts one year before needing repair. Now have to pay for a new circuit board and repair cost, look for a more reliable brand.

This is my first time buying a Samsung washer brand. Quality is flimsy material so poorly made. The front door is so weak and I feel like it’s gonna break any moment. The soap dispenser you need to open after each wash to allow the water to drain which is very inconvenient n the water doesn’t dry in the dispenser. It washes alright. Overall not impressed n disappointed. I just got it too.

The washing machine works great, but I have only had it for a few weeks. I read a lot of negative comments about liability and problems, but decided to give it a try since my old Maytag was giving me problems and around 17 years old, didn’t feel it was worth any repairs.
After using it for a few weeks, i wish i would have gotten the pedestals though to make loading and unloading a little easier.

I bought the washer and dryer front loader for the first time and so far I love both. Black in color, easy to wipe. I like that they are both touch screen very modern..i have a condo and because they are stackable and not too large they fit perfectly inside of the laundry room.

We love this washer! During the spin cycle it gets a little loud because we have it inside of a drip pan but it washes very well

This machine is incredibly loud during the rinse and spin cycle. I have to put it on the minimum spin in order to minimize the noise and vibration but it can still be felt throughout the house. It is very inconvenient to pay this much money for a machine that I cannot use the full function. Because I cannot use the full spin cycle, the clothes come out wet and have to dry longer in the dryer. After a report, Best Buy sent a technician who viewed my video of the machine working and he said “that is normal”. I fail to see how this much noise and vibration can be tolerated on a daily basis. Save yourself some headache and do not buy.

I bought this July 2021, I loved it but now I am starting to get issues. My washer is making a loud noise while it is spinning and draining water. It also is grinding and releasing dust while it spin/drains. I called Samsung tech to come check it out. We will see how much it cost.
I have now idea how it started doing this.
