I purchased this unit from Best Buy and have had a few days to play with it. It is an amazing device with limitless possibilities. We are hoping to use it in our restaurant to display menu specials for customers to see when they enter. My only problem with it is that it does not come with wheels and instead Samsung has opted to make it an accessory purchase which is ridiculous for this type of device to not include them. Especially with the weight of the device. We are currently using the LG Standbyme and was hoping to replace it with the Sero, but the lack of wheels on the Sero may result ultimately in us returning it as the LG comes with them standard.

I have the Sero set up in the lobby of my office. That way people don’t get bored or antsy about waiting too long. I originally had it in my den and probably watched it every day. The screen/picture is pretty good for 4k. Keep in mind that Samsung put most of their hard work into its versatility and not an 8k screamer of a picture where black colors work. Blacks are pretty decent on this TV though. I love the ability to essentially turn the sero into a giant version of my Galaxy Z-FOLD 5. Its not just mirroring. Its much more than that. The look of the TV is also very unique obviously. It’s desinged to look like an easel. So the picture is going to be at an angle, not perpendicular to the floor as in 99% of other TVs. But i like the look as the base of the sero is covered in a bluish purpleish velvet like material that covers the front firing drivers. Sound is not bad at all. It’s not going to blow your socks off but the sound is sufficient for most people. Its quite simple to slap a couple of subs and satellite speakers should you fancy a more audiophile sound. As you continue down the base of the sero and past the velvet covering you’ll notice a set of wheels for the front part of the “easel” and a set for the rear. The wheels are an extra accessory but an absolute must! I mean you can slide your sero over a smooth surface with one finger. The wheels lock in place so you dont have to chase down your TV. I paid about $35 including tax and shipping for the wheel accessory. And finally the coolest part of the sero is the screen orientation. You can go from portrait to landscape and back with the tap of a button on the remote. Have not had an issue with screen as it transitions smoothly, effortlessly, and essentially silently. Everyone enjoys the sero and playing with it’s capabilities. I’m not crazy about the remote but samsung continues to make improvements to the remote from the previous generation sero. You can charge your remote with sunlight……i mean light from a lamp or even the ambiet from the ceiling or chandelier. And it alerts you when its time to recharge. My remote stays charged for a long time but ive heard others have less luck. I purchased an open box unit and used a bunch of my reward points to pay under $800 for the sero. The price and the fun factor made it a no brainer to buy and ive enjoyed it ever since. GET THE WHEEL ACCESSORY. IT’S A MUST AND AT $30-$40 ON AMAZON ITS CHEAP
