I’ve owned front loading machines before and they did not have the means to keep the machine clean to prevent the bad odor from the rubber ring. These have a self cleaning feature that I love. I also set up the machine to send me text messages through Bluetooth and Samsung Smart Things app.

Super satisfied with this purchase. The clothes come out smelling so fresh and clean. Our last LG washer took 3 times longer and clothes didn’t get as clean and used so much more water. Only 45 minutes on normal wash with this Samsung washer. The Bixby app tells you when the load is finished and when maintenance is due. Very happy with this purchase.

It get’s clothes clean. So far no hint of any mechanical issues, which is good, since it’s brand new. I like the number of cycle options and the option to delay the start until a later time. The manual is very useful in understanding all the options. Controls are intuitive and allow for good clothing care. Seems to use water efficiently and can handle many load sizes. Quality Samsung product. The color looks nice too, if you care about that sort of thing in a washing machine.

Washer was ordered on 7/4/2020 delivered on 09/26/2020. Need I say more. Time waiting for the washer was excessive. Kept getting delayed when it was finally delivered had dents in upper back corner.

I bought this Washer mostly for my partner. I would have purchased a standard washer for half the price and been just fine with it. She is at home with the little one and wanted the best washer with a sanitize setting with all the COVID going on. Let me tell you that setting takes over 2 hrs. to wash. So impractical when you have tons of laundry to do. We end up just doing the normal wash all the time anyway.
She does love the washer though. Mostly the style I think. It does seem to a good job at washing clothes, with very little water and soap needed. I’m glad you can adjust the speed of the spin cycle, cause thing seems like it could blast of through the roof like some failed Space X experiment. (It is perfectly level, on all planes) it’s just real real fast on anything above 3.
All in all we payed for more settings than we use. But, it’s a nice well made machine with an attractive design, that successfully accomplishes what it’s made to do.
* Oh one negative we both have is this washer and the dryer scratch very easily. As in you put a laundry basket (new even) on the top of the machine and it scratches the machine every time. You think they could put a clear coat or something on this? Hmm.

I tried a Samsung top loader but found the front loader to clean better. I had previously been very satisfied with my old Samsung front loader, but when necessary switched to top loader. I was so disappointed I traded for this front loader again. A giant for cleaning clothes

Surprisingly very bad experience with Best Buy & mainly Greek Squad. Greek Squad guy was trying to sell protection plan all the time. The guy watered the room when he unplugged current washer/dryer and din’t even bother about it. He just installed new on top of the water. The machine was making noice and this guy just said “when you buy samsung you should have protection plan.”

Would give 5 stars except that 1) the drain at the bottom is poorly designed. 2) You need to wipe out the excess water after running a load because it hold water. 3) If there is a single hair on the bottom of rubber seal when you close it, it can cause the door to leak. 4) It says you can’t add vinegar to your washes which was a let down.
Also, remember to check for dents and scratches. It arrived scratched, but luckily Best Buy took care of it.

The washing machine looks good and washes well. It was also very easy to connect it to our WiFi, so that I get notifications when the wash is done, which is super conveniet.
The reason for the low rating is the atrocious design of the detergent dispenser and the door gasket. Samsung recommends, both in its manual and on its website, leaving the detergent dispenser and the door open to prevent mold from forming. Unfortunately, however, opening the dispenser causes residual water to come out and form a puddle on the floor, which is a huge slip hazard. Likewise, the door gasket is designed in a way where even leaving the door slightly open doesn’t get much airflow to the gasket, so its underside stays wet.

I was gifted these for my first home and I must say I love the steam option so much! Nothing like a little extra sanitizing for your bedding and towels. Do yourself a favor and buy the risers that come with… trust me!

Best buy has amazing people to come and set up things and explain how they work. I love this machine, quiet, my clothes smell fresh and clean. And I love the fact that the door stays open.to prevent that mildew smell. Nice load size. And I think its Bluetooth, but I haven’t tried it. But I see it on my phone.

All my life I had a $75 whirlpool washer that never failed. To spend over $1300 on a washing maching was a huge deal for me.
Drum Bearing lasted 14 Months, Warranty was 12. Repair cost is 1k. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES !
I’m left with a $1300 Boat anchor and not happy about it at all.
