  1. TheTouch

Love my ventless dryer!!! It’s a tad small for my liking, but it saved me a ton on build out for a traditional one. My washed loads have to be split in half to be accommodated but nonetheless I’m still so grateful this exists!!!

  2. musiclover

This was a gift for my daughter. She enjoys it alot

  3. Amy2

Don’t know cuz never had it delivered but will like to purchase some day.

  4. COgirl

This is a real learning experience. The clothing comes out very dry but it takes a great deal of time compared to what I’m used to. I’m not disappointed as I had expected this and was willing to sacrifice a little time for energy savings and ecological advantages. I began using this 12/6 even though I purchased it on 11/25 but had to wait for delivery until I could get a stacking kit. Ventless is a big advantage, more space and less chance of fire due to lint build up in the vent tube.

  5. Feronous

small and very efficient, but it takes longer to dry and lint builds up quickly in the heat fins. Make sure you keep p

  6. kennyG

This dryer came off the truck damaged. It makes strange noises.

  7. David

So far so good! Easy to install. Works as expected.

  8. MinnesotaMike

Works just like a regular dryer except it costs much less to operate. I like the way it reverses direction regularly to keep clothes from getting all twisted up.

  9. KandK

Perfect dryer for our two member household. Efficient and economical. Actually dries faster than anticipated.

  10. Satisfied

Works as expected, not impressed but am satisfied. Energy efficient so not as speedy and powerful as my old Samsung.

  11. Dryer

This was purchased for a rental unit, I do not know how well it functions. There size of the unit is appropriate and the price was reasonable.

  12. CameronGreen

Dryes fast and good .One of the best even tho it is small it works like a big Boy!

  13. Sugarplum

This dryer is good and efficient. It’ good for the environment. I recommend this dryer for a small family.

  14. Susan

I’ve own this Samsung vent-less dryer for about a month now and have have no issues. Very energy efficient and dries sizable load of clothes in about an hour and a half. The dry senor works well for energy conservation. It adjusts remaining time of cycle depending on dampness of clothes. It is very quiet and does make utility room warm.

  15. Dancer

I had this dryer replaced because it would start and stop and then just stay stopped. Second unit did the same thing. Too bad because it looks very nice. Samsung service was not very good.

  16. Great

Great product! Small but mighty! Many features. And quiet.

  17. Julie

Great dryer, better than the last ventless Bosch dryer I had. This dryer doesn’t get super hot nor does it pump a lot of heat into the room, which makes it great for areas that don’t have windows or a lot of air circulation. It’s perfect for small rentals! For a standard load of laundry, it completely dries in shy of 90 minutes (not even a touch of dampness left). So if you don’t mind waiting a little extra time, this is the most energy efficient, quiet dryer you will find. I’m very satisfied with it.

  18. VW1991

This dryer is quiet and extremely energy efficient. It does take about 1/3 longer per cycle than a standard vented dryer, but the clothes come out fluffy and gently warm rather than crispy and hot. If you aren’t familiar with heat pump dryers to a bit of reading before hand because they come with some caveats.

  19. Home

Good product !!!! Compact great for small spaces, modern looking

  20. SmallSpaceSoBe

Okay for regular wash but takes really long for towels and bedsheets (get all tangled up even for just one set making for longer time to dry). Strange water removal reservoir which I never had to do with my old dryer. I should have researched this better and gotten larger capacity or different brand.

  21. Clau

I didn’t think I was going to like as much. Great price!

  22. dale

nice unit but delivery men say cant install no stacing unit with machine , well i looked inside for manual and did find the stacking unit now i have to wait 3 days for them to send a person to install my opion is that the delivery service is not trained to see these issuses if person would have looked inside the unit he would have found all the things needed to complete the install, they seemed to be in a hurry to move on and said i would recive acall from best buy after 4 hrs pasted no call or e mail so i had to call best buy 1st call after waiting for agent i explained the problem and was told to wait while i was connected to the right person after 10 min call was dropped so i made 2nd call and now was told next avaible date is 3 days unit is great to me but best buy in my opion can train their installers and delivermen to be sure of what is needed for installation, just my opinion i may seek out a vendor for my next purchace which may be more home appicanices and comp tv etc i not expect any thing more than having the unit installed ,

  23. MBSU

Great product and hope it will last for many more years to come

  24. Tneu

It is Nice fits in my small condo. The water flow is good

  25. MichelleB

I opted for a ventless dryer because I live in an apartment and this was the only option. I would have preferred a dryer that can accommodate a full load washer load but this works well. A normal load of clothes comes out warm and dry in a less than 2 hours. I really love the feature that can detect if there is still moisture. Overall it does the job no complaints so far in the three weeks that we have been using it.

  26. JulioC

Excellent And Efficient And Beautiful And Good Quality

  27. AustinTX

It is great, once you figure out how to use it. The only downfall is the lint trap is very ‘delicate’ and therefore I’m afraid it may need to be replace.

  28. Happycustomer

Great performance easy to use just right for a small space

  29. Aleksandra

This dryer is small and dries longer than a typical dryer, so it may not be ideal for you if you are in a rush for dry clothing. It is also quiet and fits in smaller areas giving you storage for other things like detergents, toiletries, etc.
We purchased this dryer in August 2021 and after 2 months, we had to clean the heat exchanger from excessive lint/dog hair.

  30. califf

It’s not the most robust dryer ever — if you pack it to the brim, it doesn’t do a great job drying. That’s not to say it’s not a good-enough dryer 90% of the time, just wish it was more affordable and I didn’t have to empty the water tank.

  31. Samsungrefrigerator

Like this product. Used unit same day it was insalled

  32. ersmes

I am giving this purchase one star because of the service, not because of the product. The product itself works fine and I am quite satisfied with it. However my purchasing experience was a nightmare and I wish I had purchased it elsewhere.

The washer was in stock and delivered when I ordered it with no issues. The dryer was on backorder for 2 months. When the dryer was finally delivered, the crew refused to install it because we didn’t have a stacking kit. I was never prompted to purchase a stacking kit and apparently it was not included (as I assumed) in the “required accessories for installation” which I DID purchase. A quick phone call with Best Buy revealed that BB does not even sell this part and that I would need to order it myself from Amazon (the agent’s recommendation). So my dryer was returned to the warehouse while we awaited delivery from Amazon of a required part.

While I was speaking with customer service I mentioned that one of the “required parts” I was required to purchase for my order was a $30 vent kit, but this is a VENTLESS dryer. The agent offered to cancel and refund that item from the order.

However, the fact that a “required” item was missing from the order apparently triggered the system to cancel my delivery. I rescheduled, and it was cancelled again. I spent HOURS on the phone with multiple agents – each agent assuring me the problem had been solved and my dryer was being delivered, before I would receive yet another cancellation notice the night before the scheduled delivery. After the third cancellation and rescheduling, I finally told the agent to add and charge the vent kit back to the order. My dryer was finally delivered, two weeks later, but this time the crew refused to install it because it was in a closet and not out in an open room, which they claimed was a “non-standard” installation (nowhere was that ever stated, and the washer had been installed in our closet without issue). So we had them leave it in the hallway and my husband ended up installing it himself.

We actually preferred installing it ourselves at this point because the installation crew had no idea how to drain a ventless dryer, and we did not trust them to do this properly. They did not understand that there was a hose which had to feed into the washer drain, something simple my husband and I figured out just from reading product info on the BB website. Instead they told us we needed to empty the condensation collector – which is an option yes but so is draining though the washer drain (which is my recommendation if you are getting one of these dryers – so much easier that way!).

Best But offered me a “compensation” for all of my troubles, for which I would need to call after everything was finalized. I called, was on the phone for an HOUR, then told I would receive a $60 gift card in the mail in two months. That was it. And while I was on the phone with them, we realized I was still being charged for the $30 vent kit which shows as “delivered” on my order but which we never received (probably because the crew realized it was not needed). Customer Service told me they needed to “dispatch” the request for a refund and someone would call back in 36 hours. Didn’t happen – I called again (this time on the phone for 45 minutes) to be told again someone would call within 36 hours. I’m not holding my breath.

At this point the amount of time I have spent on the phone with them is not worth the “compensation” and refunds I have been promised.

The “customer service” department is awful. Good luck if you ever need to use them.

This is a great washer dryer set if you live in a small space or need a ventless dryer. However I would not recommend the purchase of such a specialized appliance from Best Buy unless you plan to pick it up and install it yourself.

  33. Freezer

This dryer is much quieter than the normal dryer I used to have. It does not emit hot humid air into my condo, which the regular dryers do. It dries my clothing much faster than what is suggested in what I read online about heat pump driers.

  34. tvconsole

Purchased this for a rental property. Works well so far. No complaints.

  35. Windfall

For an apartment or application that requires a ventless dryer, these units are great. Reasonably priced and a small footprint.

  36. ACFOX

Just started using, great size for my space and big enough for one person. I like the features and flexibility. My only question is relating to the water collection compartment. I have hooked my drying up so it will drain the water instead of me emptying the compartment each time. I want to make sure my unit is functioning correctly so the question is “when/how does the water drain? I have tested by filling up the compartment with water then running the dryer but no water is draining and am concerned something maybe not working correctly. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Not for big loads, more for medium sized. Energy efficient.

  40. Secondfloorlaundry

    Called before arriving
    Arrived on time
    Install was fast

  41. Miller

We have a tight space for laundry and this dryer and its companion washer fit our space perfectly with room for shelving for our detergent, etc. Love the sleek look! Perfect size for a couple!

  42. JUWL

Great for a small space. Works fine. The operation is pretty quiet.

  43. siddav

The dryer was discontinued in store before it was delivered. Samsung would have replaced it but they discontinued it before the month-long process was finished.

  44. blinde

Easy to use and clothes came out dry after cycle.
    Excellent.

  45. dgsifford

Great dryer, you dont need a vent pipe to use it and it saves money over regular dryers.

  46. RonaldJ

My dry broke within 2 years of purchase it holds no heat

  47. Dorthee

So far I like my new Samsung Ventless dryer.
I’m still getting used to how to operate it since
it was just installed 3 weeks ago.

  48. NorrisW

    EXCELLENT!!!
    EASY TO USE.
    EFFICIENT AND QUALITY SERVICE.

  49. Reviewer

After 2 years of use, the door seal was letting warm air out of unit and making loads take hours longer. I ordered a seal from Samsung and it wasn’t the correct part. They have no pictures of parts on their site. Spoke by phone to Samsung and they sent me a part two different times that still was not the correct part. No repair shops in a one hour radius. Drying time for towels went from two hours to six hours. After 2years and 2months of ownership, went out and bought another dryer(Electrolux).

  50. Benjamin

Best Buy botched the installation. They charged me for a vent that wasn’t needed and the installers just dropped it off and didn’t finish the installation.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the installers, you have to be jerks to them and insist that they complete the job. It makes me feel bad to do this.
