I purchased as a replacement because mine had 2 broken burners. Works great and with 5 burners can cook many items at them same time.

its larger size is nice to work on, and the black allowed us to use a complementary counter color rather than all black granite.

The stove is excellent but do not use old pots to cook. Make sure your pots have the rim around the bottom so they do not spin while you are cooking. I had to buy new pots. For the scratches you can use Magic glass cooktop daily cleaner or Magic glass cooktop cleaner and polish. Spray the daily cleaner let it sit for a few minutes, use a moist microfiber towel to wipe it down. The burners I used the first time I cooked had scratches due to my old pots. But once I started using the daily cleaner, the scratches are all gone. The stove is beautiful. I am pleased with my purchase.

This is an attractive cooktop with five burners. The stainless steel trim complements my stainless steel appliances. You will want to read the instructions for use and care, as there are specific limitations relative to type of pan, size of pan, and the cleaning process. As with any new cooktop, it takes time to perfect technique. The cream cleaner recommended is necessary for heavier residue, but its successful use is tedious. I recommend Weiman Cooktop Daily Cleaner for less intense cleaning.

There are instructions included. Need to operate the WiFi options from the phone but there were no instructions included.

1. Poor fit: just barely fit the opening we had, even though the sizes matched on paper. Too deep, we had to cut the drawer.
2. Was supposed to be fingerprint-free, but it’s a finger magnet. Every streak shows up easy.
3. Wifi/smart features are finicky. It disconnects all the time
4. Less than a year later, it failed. The center would not turn off. Just as my tech support expired, very convenient. Will now be hustling with Samsung, I already expect a pleasant few weeks.

Have had this cooktop for 6 years, after 3 years the biggest burner stopped working. Samsung is impossible to deal with for service. Pretty frusterating when you have over $10k worth of appliances from them in your home and this is the 3rd appliance to have problems.
