    I love it and it looks great. We did lot of research before buying this. The countertop heats up fast and overall, we are very satisfied with the cooktop so far.

    We have had this stovetop for about three weeks. So far it is excellent. And so much better than our old kitchenAid stove top even though it was top-of-the-line. It was very easy to install even though it was a little smaller than the Cut out.

    Only thing that I can see was a problem with the stove top is the Wi-Fi capability. It is worthless and I removed it because it looked bad and who would want to operate a stove top from your Internet?

    This is an excellent quality stove top that works really well. Love having the double center burner that heats really high and then can go to simmer.

    This is an excellent cooktop for an area with limited depth clearance. My cutout has a drawer located beneath it and the unit cleared.

    Heats consistently. The burners and the iron rack have more space between them than our previous stove, which I don’t care for. Also, wish the iron rack was hinged in the back.

    With a shallow bottom clearance, I picked this unit and it fit perfectly in the cut that was occupied by a 12 year old GE cooktop. I love the center burner and LED light that shows whether or not it is turned on. Although it comes with wifi capability, I physically remove the attachment on the back since I have no use for connecting my cooktop to the wifi. I looked for the same unit at Home Depot and the deliver was six weeks out; at Best Buy, it was in two days. AMAZING service.

    Bought this when our 25 year old stove top died. Did a lot of looking and really liked this one. Warning: Measure your space before making a purchase. We had to have someone come in and put edging around our island to have it fit.

    We had this installed about a month ago based on CR.org reviews. And its way better the the Miele it replaced. The best feature is the griddle that comes with it. We use that everyday. The stove turns on very easy and only having one power burner coming from 2 does not matter to us. The installation required the installers to get new parts for the regulator and we did have to modify our drawer underneath to be shortened 3″. Other than that we have had no issues. I am hoping that this item lasts like our old Samsung washer and dryer in our old home.

    I bought this cooktop based on CR reviews and recommendations. So far so good. The fit and finish seem high end. Knobs feel sturdy and well made, and the blue hue it emits is a nice touch. I don’t think I would use the WiFi options to cook.

    Read the reviews and studied consumer reports and really wanted this to match even a bit of the hype. Less than 30 days and already one of the knobs stopped working. Samsung customer service is terrible and unresponsive.

    The knobs and Face plate discolor with heat, They are not Stainless Steel. This is less than a year old, Best Buy no help Samsung warranty no help. DO not Buy get another brand and save the hassle and headache I have gone through 8 months.

    After 3 weeks we are happy with this purchase. I absolutely love the light up knobs, however there is no hot surface indicator light. I wish I would have noticed this prior to purchase. That is an extremely important feature when you have kids. Also I just noticed weird black marks on my center burner. It looks like someone colored it what a black sharpie marker. It looks terrible! I need to reach out to them for a replacement. The grates have a nice padding to them. So they can sit nicely on your counters, don’t have to worry about them scratching. It looks beautiful. Cooks nicely so far. I am nervous to clean bc I read several reviews about easy scratching and the letters coming off.

    We had an upgrade to our kitchen. My mom has arthritis and found her other stove very hard to turn the knobs. However she loves this so much she will get mad when we “touch” her stove.

    Perhaps not as pretty as our former glass-top stove, but the continuous grill-work is much safer as are the LED indicator lights that let one know when a burner is not quite off.

    Overall a quality cooktop made of solid materials except for the griddle. Out griddle came warped and does not set level – a real set-back on such a quality product.

    Blue light control knobs are 5 start. Burners are 5 star. The griddle is 5 star. The wifi link to the SmartThings App is 2 star. The only thing the App tells you is that a burner is on. The App needs to control a smart device when a burner is on.

    It’s not as great as I thought…. it’s a pain when it comes to cleaning it. The stains are hard to remove… also the middle burner sometimes it gets clogged and doesn’t turn on……
    Other than that it’s a working stove.

    Great product and it looks good in our new kitchen. I’m not sure how often we will use the wi-fi feature as it only tells you which burner is currently on/off!

    Very happy with this cooktop. It cooks hot, and evenly. I like that the grills on top do a good job of supporting the pots and pans so they don’t tip (things were tippy on my old one unless you oriented the handles just so).

    I had to remove the wifi unit that sticks out in back to get it to fit. There wasn’t enough room between the back of the unit and the backsplash with it mounted. The cooktop comes with a plug to put in the hole where the wifi was removed. Who needs wifi on a cooktop anyway?

    On the downside, I paid BestBuy to do the install and haul away. The contractor they hired to do it delivered the unit, said he needed a part, and never came back. After repeated phone calls I gave up after a couple of days and went to Lowes and bought the part (an elbow connector for $9) and installed it myself (It was easy). I went back to BestBuy and they refunded the money for the install, but I’m guessing the contractor got paid anyway, which kind of ticks me off.

    Overall quality seems to be good. However, just after couple of weeks, started seeing white spots on the control panel. I am not able to get rid of it, not sure what is causing it. I have seen other customers complain the same. I think Samsug should provide part replacement since it impacts the overall look of the appliance. It really looks bad. Also, the middle burner takes time to ignite. It was quick when initially purchased. Overall, it works fine but don’t like the look of the spots.

    I like it a lot. Four of the five burners ignite perfectly. The center, larger burner, does not ignite as quickly as the other four. It is easy to keep clean. The grids are heavy, but very sturdy.

    awful! Do not buy this or any samsung product. very cheaply
    made. the stainless steel is so thin that it peels off! this is a year 1 month out. they will not replace it becoasenits cosmetic! obviously they use cheap products. costumer service is awful . Very disappointed with this company

    Great Stovetop, we were replacing a builder-grade GE Profile unit that just was not putting out enough heat. This will definitely heat up your kitchen and is exactly what my wife was looking for.
