    Really Like it, Not Perfect, Two issues: The largest and second largest burners are too hot at the lowest settings. When you want to keep something warm, it boils, making you watch it closely or move the items to other burners. When you want something HOT and Fast it’s awesome. The second problem is the cast Iron Skillet. It is not NON stick and is a pain to clean. I guess I will have to “Season” it like other cast iron cookware. Wish I got it with an Aluminum NON-Stick

    Center burner has very high heat, great for stir fry. Love that. However, be aware the distance between the front and back burner is couple inches shorter due to the placement of the front control knobs. This mean can not use medium sized pots at the same time.

    I have only used my new cooktop a few times, but love it. Last night I used the griddle to heat up some tortillas. It was very easy and quick. It’s a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

    Not only does this cooktop look fantastic, it exceeded our expectations. Not sure if WiFi is a necessity but if you have the exhaust fan it probably is a good thing to have. Rated top cooktop by Consumer Reports.

    I love this cook top. Its nice and large. The center burner is absolutely clutch. I love how nice and sleek this looks. It also syncs to your hood! Its fricken awesome!

    Worst stove top ever. Was broken within a few months of purchase. Tried to get it replaced/repaired and Samsung refused. I spent hours on the phone trying to get this problem resolved and the company was completely dismissive.

    Love this stove. I just wish the WiFi and Bluetooth were more useful. They exist but don’t really have any benefit yet.

    But, the stove is amazing and looks great!

    The high rating for this cooktop is fully warranted. It heats fast and maintains even heat throughout the cooking process. Looks nice in our kitchen as well.

    All good so far. Works just as described. The lighted LED knobs and ability to see if a burner was left on via the SmartThings app is a plus.

    Good cooktop, but plastic parts that Samsung will not replace under warrantee. Ther plastic tab on the left fell off and the rubber bumpers on top were missing. Called Samsung and they sent out a repair person. They said the plastic parts can’t be replaced and I should have complained before about the missing bumpers (even though it is under warrantee). So you get a good cooktop with cheap parts that fall off.

    Nice cooktop. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the surface scratches a bit too easily. Cleaning with a soft cloth and soap and water has been working well but we have some early blemishes from using different materials

    It is a very poor quality product. I was only 4 months old I put a pot of water to boil and splash the water on the front and wash again the stainless steel not recommended. I called Samsung and his response that was caused by me and as it is aesthetic it does not cover

    Don’t buy this cooktop. The rubber bumpers for the grate fall out easily and Samsung won’t replace them without purchasing all the grates. Bad customer service on Samsung’s part.

    Very bad product , within a month I start having problem , CENTER burner get leak every time I clean n do not turn on it self , with in warranty I call manufacture they refused to fix or change , , very hard yo clean , over al I am very unhappy , not only the stove we bought the washing machine n stop working 18 month and unable to fix or change both iteam , do not buy this

    Good cooktop that puts out great heat and looks nice. The wok burner is awesome. I like that it comes with wok ring and the griddle.

    The knob stems that hold the knobs to the burner, however, are made of cheap plastic that break from just turning the knob (normal use). There is alternative from Samsung for knobs that will actually last.

    This item was never installed and was returned due to the large number of modifications which would have been required for cabinets and counter top. The cooktop may be great but being hounded for a review for something we didn’t end up with is STUPID.

    I HATE DEALING WITH SAMSUNG ON JUST THE MOST SIMPLE OF QUESTIONS. THEY HANG UP ON YOU FOR THE SLIGHTEST PROBLEM. IF YOU DON’T GIVE THEM THE BEST OF STARS THEY HANG UP ON YOU.

    I AM ALMOST SORRY I CHOSE THIS STOVETOP FOR THAT BURNER.

    THANK HEAVENS FOR BEST BUY’S TOTAL TECH.

    IT IT WASN’T FOR THAT THIS PRODUCT WOULD GO IN THE DUMPSTER.

    BUYER BEWARE ON PRODUCT.

    BUT BUYER REJOICE IN BEING A TOTAL TECH MEMBER.

    WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TECH TOTAL SUPPORT.

    WITH JUST A FEW GLIPS ALONG THE WAY.

    ALL IN ALL TOTAL TECH IS WORTH THE MONEY AND THE HEADACHE.

    THE HEADACHE BEING REACHING ANYONE FOR HELP.

    Nice to see blue light to know if range is on. Convenience of. Ring able to check if range was left on with Wi-Fi. Would have been nice to be able to shut off range remotely.

    I like this stove top, looks high end, with heavy cast iron grills and LED lights which let us detect if everything is turned off while we don’t need them. The placements of the burners are good. A small problem being the center burner may needs a few starts to get lit. It does not happen all times but once in a while.

    Overall, the cooktop works as advertised. So far, no issue. The only downsize is the attachment for the wifi connection is too big and can’t fit my countertop so I could not use it at all.

    The grill on this is too heavy and high. Looked good in the store, but when we started to use it we realized how much heat is lost because the pans sit so far from the flame. The knobs in this are a DISASTER too – two of the stems broke within a few months, and within 2 years we had only two operating burners with taped together knobs and the other knobs too far gone. Replacement knobs are $150 each! BEWARE of this ripoff!

    I was picking up lots of options before this one. Here is my reasoning for this one.
    1. So far my experience with Samsung products is good.
    2. It is having some smart features, which not too many (can just check if burner is on/off), but is highly good when in need.
    3. High BTU for the center burner. It got 22k BTU, which I found highest for its price compare to other cooktops.
    4. Style. I needed something more durable, which is Stainless steel (not glass, and not colored).

    This Cooktop, is really great. I hope it to last so that I don’t have to go back again.

    This cooktop looked great out of the box and installed without any issues. I’m not sure what kind of Stainless Steel or coating that’s on the cooktop but it is impossible to get and keep it looking clean. We have tried almost every method to keep the streaks out after a cleaning but it’s a challenge to keep it looking great. I have never had this much trouble keeping stainless looking good. Finally found a Arm and Hammer Cleaner that looks fairly decent but be prepared to put a lot of elbow grease into it. Now the really bad part. Shame on me for buying anything that has 1 year parts and labor. These people sure know their numbers. A gas valve on one of the burners locked up and will not open. Thank goodness it’s in the off position, 1 year and 3 months and a gas valve breaks? These should last longer than one year, A gas valve, give me a break.

    I would consider another manufacturer, or purchase a parts warranty. The stovetop works fine, but the knobs are held in place by plastic and three out of five of them have cracked. the cost to replace a single know is more than $200 on the Samsung Parts store. I contacted Samsung and they were not willing to help in any way.

    We are very disappointed with the 30” Samsung gas cooktop performance. Two service calls within the first six months of ownership.
    #1: Large center gas burner uneven gas/flame distribution. This resulted in skillet hot spots and burnt food. We found it necessary to continuously rotate the skillet to avoid uneven cooking and food sticking.
    #2: Front right burner is also burning unevenly. Service call pending two week from previous call. Today, I attempted to use the front left burner and after some use, When my grandson arrived home, he indicated he smelled gas. I checked the burner and discovered it had stop burning but still emitting gas. This is totally unacceptable. Uneven flame distribution is an inconvenience. Random flame shut off is downright dangerous and can result in loss of life. I Google this incident and discovered others have had the same experience. Currently sitting in my kitchen freezing with the windows and doors open to evacuate the the gas residue. I will need to replace.
