    I’ve only had this for a month so far and love it. The black stainless steel finish is beautiful. I have the matching microwave. It fits in my small space and looks very stylish. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t have a water filter. Otherwise it’s really nice!

    We were looking for a french style fridge/freezer. We love it! Goes amazing with our other black appliances. What had our old fridge looking packed was barely a dent into this one. Same with the freezer!

    Though this wasn’t our first choice when buying a fridge (due to size of opening, we had to return the first one), I’m very happy with this. It keeps everything very cold and fresh. Its automatic ice maker fills up the bin but also prevents children from making a mess on the floor like an external ice/water dispenser would. Also, I love the French door feature and the fact that the freezer is at the bottom.

    I am so pleased with my purchase. It was one of only a very few that were the correct width for it’s placement in my house. I wanted a larger fridge, but it wouldn’t fit. This Samsung just fit the bill, I am satisfied, especially the 10 year compressor warranty.

    nice gut the ice maker will overflow and when you go to open up to get ice, ice falls in the back onto the bottom of the freezer behind the drawer and it like 6′ shorter than our old one which was standard

    This is a good quality refrigerator that is easy to use. I like the way the doors close so you can’t accidently leave it open, and it is very smart looking.

    I love my new refrigerator. It looks amazing, easy to clean and very roomy. The French door, bottom freezer is perfect. No bending and searching way in the back with pull out shelves. I never run out of ice

    Great size, keeps things extremely cold. The bottom freezer tends to get stuck which sometimes prevents from closing and hearing the constant ding to remind you its open. Other than great product for the price. Also delivery guys were super ;professional.

    I love this fridge even though i gave it 4 stars. It works perfect. It is smaller than expected. Shelves are weird especially for 2liter sodas or taller containers. Also it dents very easy so be careful. In a month i had 2 small dents so i would not recommend. The size of the fridge is small but convenient for smaller apartments. This is more so for a very small family or just a couple.

    Well, we’ve had this refrigerator for over a month now. I can honestly say it is absolutely wonderful. Our old fridge was 24 years old; a side by side. Hated if from day one. Due to limited space, we are limited in width. Our old was 32″ wide; this is only 30″. Was a bit worried about roominess. OMG I can’t find enough food to fill it up! This does not have water/ice in the door – didn’t want it. Does have ice maker in the freezer section – not using it yet. There is so much room in the doors for milk, juice, soda, etc. The freezer holds quite a bit also. As for noise, it really is very quiet. Yes, there is a bit of noise when the compressor kicks in, but it really is not that noticeable. The three drawers are great and very solid. The color is great and fingerprints are not an issue. Easily cleaned. Again, this puppy is better than sliced bread! And the two gentlemen who delivered and set it up were fantastic.

    The sale was fine as well as the delivery. When we began to remove plastic and prepare for installation, we noticed the outside had dents on one side panel. Very disappointed with Samsung!

    I have limited space for a refrigerator, we had ordered another one elsewhere that was back ordered for 5 months & would’ve required modifications to our cabinets. I saw this one & the measurements were perfect, no modifications needed. Guess it was a good thing the other wasn’t available! Plenty of room inside & the French doors are great, you don’t have to bend down to see what’s inside. Lots of storage on doors. The bottom freezer is deep & fairly spacious also. I wanted just a black refrigerator but this is black stainless & it’s fingerprint resistant. Led bright lighting inside & temperature can be changed by pressing a button. Freezer keeps food very cold! This looks good & runs pretty quiet but it seems to run all the time & we haven’t figured out why. Also the doors needed shims because there was a gap when closed & the panel wasn’t automatically closing. Doors require a push to close but at least you know they’re sealed. A nice fridge otherwise though.

    Only suggestion I have is in the instructions for removal of drawers from the refrigerator is that no place does it say to lift the door from the bottom to allow it to open further to remove drawers and trays. I had to go back to the store to have the department manager show me how to do this.

    The refrigerator is really great. Has a lot of depth and space. The power cord was broken when we went to plug it in. It was a total pain in the butt trying to get a new one, we were transferred no less than 12 times.

    The refrigerator is certainly meeting our needs. The sales professional at the time of purchase had great knowledge which certainly helped in the decision to buy from Best Buy. We were dealing with a height restriction and he helped to work around that. Delivery people also got the old one out and new one in in reasonable time. Asked a few questions we had. Over all very pleased.

    Just received my fridge and am happy so far. however I experienced the fridge nightmares since my old fridge just stopped working for no reason. When I reached out to BB I was directed to the manufacture based on lapse of warranty of my old fridge and that’s when the nightmare’s began. Samsung then referred me to a service center that from the beginning seemed suspect. They advised me to wait for them to call/email me over a 24-48 hour period for a estimate. Ok I have melting/spoiling food in the meantime and cannot wait. so I reached out to the service center and no answer not even an answering machine, so I proceeded to look for another service center and was alarmingly given an estimate of hundreds of dollars without even had seen my fridge. I then kept looking online for another center and found the service center that Samsung referred me to had a Better Business Bureau report against them. So I went ahead and opened it and discovered that they had over 144 negative reviews and charges against them. At this point I was lost for words. I realized it was time to go shopping for new fridge to avoid getting beat for a repair. At the end I am happy I did because I have a new fridge in opposed to an old repaired fridge.
    I will take this experience as knowledge for future.

    We like it so far. It’s stays cold and circulates well. The outside doesn’t show fingerprints as stated. My only complaint so far is that it’s difficult to open the freezer door and the handle is already coming loose after a month.

    We are so happy with this fridge! It’s beautiful and the measurements were all true so, the fridge fit right into the designated spot. It really is fingerprint resistant and again, beautiful. The delivery and installation was so easy. The guys that came to install knew what they were doing and they had the fridge installed within a half hour. We opted not to install the waterline for the ice maker because we’ve never had an ice maker and it was just easier for us. The freezer works great and the fridge has so much room. You will not be disappointed with this refrigerator. We love it!

    2 years in and the blower fan sounds like a chainsaw and seems to run a lot. After looking at some issues online seems it is having a problem defrosting. Need to call for service and update this post.

    After a year and a half of owning this I will say that it’s great at keeping a clean surface and fingerprint free. It is also functional and has plenty of space. The ice maker is good as well. The only bad thing so far is the freezer drawer grab handle has wiggled loose and I now have to make a service appointment. (Only adults use this so no kids tugging on it unecessarily)

    Purchased this in 2020 during the pandemic. Seemed like a decent refrigerator. In 3 years of ownership I had to have it repaired 3 times. Twice for the fridge part not cooling, wound up being the little blend door piece that directs air from freezer to fridge. Last time the condenser died. So a $1500 fridge lasted less than 3 years before becoming unserviceable, yes unserviceable, the repair company said they don’t even bother replacing compressors on Samsung fridges. Only good news was that Geek Squad wound up giving me a complete refund on the fridge since it was not repairable.

    If you are going to buy a Samsung appliance make absolutely sure you buy the extended warranty, you will need it!!!

    Side note, Geek Squad was very helpful in getting someone out to diagnose it and then refunding me my money via store credit when it died.
