    I purchased this oven less than 6 months ago and yesterday it would not turn on and displayed a C-A2 error code. I did some research and found it means the cooling motor is operating abnormally. This might also explain why the broiler element started getting too hot about 2 weeks ago. After only about a minute, my salmon that I was broiling was literally on fire. I had the oven light on and was watching it through the window or it could have been a disaster. I tried once again 2 days later and this time I moved the rack to the middle of the oven with the same results. I also purchased a Samsung refrigerator at the same time and have already had to have the ice maker replaced and found there is a class action suit pending on the refrigerator (which I joined) because it freezes over and won’t dispense ice. I’ll NEVER purchase another Samsung appliance. I trusted purchaser reviews and even Consumer Reports gave it a favorable review. Clearly they didn’t test it for a long enough period. The reviews on Consumer Affairs site for Samsung tell the real story. Majority of 1 star reviews. Wish I had seen this site before I purchased. The consensus seems to be if you haven’t had problems, just give it time because you eventually will. What good is a shiny new appliance if it doesn’t work? I plan on going back to GE which never gave me the major problems I have experienced with not 1 but 2 different appliances by Samsung. They should stick to making televisions because they clearly don’t know anything about making an appliance. NEVER AGAIN!

    We are only using this for. On convection and don’t use the steam but the oven is beautiful, well made and I love the WiFi, control with my phone feature. The slide out rack is awesome. Wish it had two.

    Now with any brand of oven avoid the self clean function because looking across manufacturers that usually causes the motherboard to malfunction.

    Excellent oven that has performed perfectly in the time we have used it, about a month. The features all work well and we have come to depend on them. Nice getting text alerts at the various stages of baking. We have not tried all the features yet but intend to.

    Oven heats up fast. Display is very nice, easy to read. You only need a super light touch to make your selection. Very wide oven, easily get two muffin pans side by side. Came with 3 racks, one being the easy glide. So nice to have to to pull big heavy dishes.
    Cleanup is super easy, both inside and out. Used the Steam Clean which worked great. Has a reservoir on the top of the door that ejects so you can easily add water. Could not be simpler. Have not cooked with steam, but will be trying that soon.
    Air vents out the bottom. Fan runs a bit after you turn off the oven. Not really a big deal, not loud at all.
    Beautiful blue interior, simple to use, highly recommend. Hope for many many years using this oven.

    I really do like this oven overall, but it does have one big issue. The touch screen was a selling feature for us, but sometimes the touchscreen does have an issue where it won’t recognize your touch the first time. You’ll have to press it a few times or it’s slow to respond. This can be an issue because if the screen goes out then there’s no other way to use your oven. So even though the oven looks really nice and sleek, you should really think hard if a touch screen in necessary for your oven. Other than the touchscreen issue, the oven performs as it should.

    We got this oven prior to Thanksgiving because our older oven just wasn’t working too well. The Best Buy installers had this installed in an amazingly short time & walked us through the controls so we could use it for Thanksgiving dinner.
    This unit is easy to operate & cooked the entire meal to perfection.
    I recommend this to anyone searching for a wall oven.

    We installed this oven in our new kitchen, together with a set of other Samsung appliances. Installation was fairly straightforward. The only issues we faced were with the face plates that didn’t fit our situation perfectly. We installed the oven in a base cabinet, not a wall cabinet, had had to cover the space above and below the oven with fillers. Also, note that you’ll have to remove the door to attach the bottom screws to the cabinet side walls.

    So far, I have used the oven to bake sourdough bread, banana bread, brioche, veggies, and head up food. While I still have to experiment with the different convection and steam settings, I have been very pleased with the results and the usability so far.

    One of my favorite and unexpected features is the smart home integration. With my current setup, I receive notification on my phone as well as my Samsung TV when the oven is done preheating or the timer expired.

    Although not a problem for me, I was made aware that for some people and some installations, touch screens might not work as well.

    I have not and will try not to use the self cleaning functions, since, according to reviews, those often lead to device issues which often cannot be repaired.

    Bought this oven 11/15 and it died 5 minutes after putting the turkey in on Thanksgiving. No display and no power. Over 1 month later, we are still trying to get a working oven. Do not buy! We looked up this oven after this happened and it seems to be a common issue.

    THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL OVEN – IT WORKS GREAT – BUT !!!
    I HAVE HAD THIS OVEN FOR 4 MONTHS – I HAVE ONLY USED IT TO BAKE COOKIES AND HEAT FROZEN PIZZAS – THE OTHER DAY I MOVED THE RACK TO ADD 2 FROZEN PIZZAS TO THE OVEN AND FOUND THAT THERE IS A CHIP IN THE ENAMEL WHERE THE RACK SITS ON IT – MY LAST OVEN WAS A FRIGIDAIRE – I HAD IT FOR 19 YEARS – NOT ONE FLAW INSIDE OF IT – I WAS SO EXCITED TO UPGRADE TO A NEW OVEN AND FINALLY DECIDED ON THIS ONE AND THIS IS WHAT I GET – SAMSUNG REFUSES TO HELP ME – REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS MANUFACTURER DEFECT !!! ALSO, THE METAL FRAME OF THIS OVEN MAY BE FINGERPRINT FREE BUT IT IS NOT SCRATCH FREE !!!

    I like the oven. I specially like that it has an internal temperature control. The steam cleaning doesn’t work well at all. Initial installation was a total joke. However, Best Buy came out and installed it correctly the second time. Overall, I’m happy with the oven, but it didn’t live up to expectations. .

    It is fair as a normal oven. But I cannot setup the wireless functions as it did not come with the necessary accessories and this was not mentioned from the product page. So I expected it should work with wireless but finally I figured out it cannot. If I want to enjoy the wireless functions, I have to purchase the accessories that I am not sure if they fit, and re-install the oven from the cabinet. I gave up.
