    Great wall oven. The blue interior is very professional looking. Bakes very well. The only thing I don’t care for is the clicking sound that it does while baking. Other than that, we are very happy with it!

    Thew unit looks great and works quite well It provides all the essentials and a few nice extras such as a proofing setting.

    However, the big win is that the service was fantastic. The installer came right on time. Removed the old unit and installed the new unit increibly fast.

    Highly recommend Best Buy for the product, the price and the service.

    We purchased 2 ovens for under the counter. At first we worried that the oven door handles might protrude. However, these ovens don’t come out as far as our old ones did. We are very pleased with this purchase.

    From the salespeople to the installers we were very satisfied.

    Had to replace my wall oven and thanks to the BB salesperson who recommended this product. Being without a working oven for over 2 months, it’s great to finally able to bake again.
    The Samsung replaced another brand and it fit perfectly thanks to the great service from Best Buy.
    Only one complaint – the oven turns off upon the reached time.

    Looks great and works well. I have it matching the samsung cooktop. Cannot comment on the durability just yet. Make sure you measure your space well, specially the depth. Had no issues with scheduling delivery.

    Terrible 3rd party delivery. Took me weeks to resolve. No-one knows what to do about it. And Samsung does not honor guarantee fit rebate.

    This is a great oven. I was looking for a lower cost oven that matched my other appliances. This fit the bill. I like the built-in WiFi that lets me know when the oven reaches the desired temperature and then again when the timer is going off.

    Keypad is a little tricky sometimes you have to press multiple times. Heats up fast & cooks food evenly.

    BEWARE SAMSUNG DOES NOT SUPPORT ITS PRODUCTS! The day after installation the oven had turned itself on to self-clean mode and burned up the paper and tape inside the oven. A Samsung technician said the unit needed to be replaced. Samsung told me physical damage was not covered by warranty and that they wouldn’t warranty the unit. So now I have a wall oven that doesn’t work. Home Depot has told me that because it’s still covered by the Samsung Warranty they won’t cover it either.
