    So far, so great! Lights quickly and backlighting is a nice blue. Easy to clean by lifting of grates (3 sections). Attractive stovetop worth the few more dollars than some of the other models out there and a good balance of price, function, aesthetics.

    We have had it for a month now and couldn’t be happier. It is a very elegant and powerful range. We haven’t had any issues with it at all. It was easy to install and hook up. We love the solid look and feel of the knobs. The burners light up right away. The griddle is a nice added bonus. We have used it multiple times already to cook eggs, grilled cheese and French toast.

    Very nice cooktop! The grates are very heavy duty an look amazing. The main reason that I purchased this was to upgrade from a four burner to a five burner. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the other features. The center burner has the power to bring water to a boil very quickly and also simmer which is perfect for rice dishes.

    I don’t know what it is about Samsung but the build quality on this is amazing. Favorite thing about this is the blue light around the nobs. The little details go a long way.

    I have been using this unit for four months and the finish on the grates is wearing off with careful use. It is very difficult to get food off of any of the surfaces, so I already have stains. The middle burner hesitates for about 5 seconds when you turn it on. If you want to use the large middle burner then you have to be using higher than medium heat, so the middle burner is great for boiling, but I can’t use it as much to cook items in large pans (which is a big reason I need the middle burner). If you use less than medium heat on the middle burner, the smaller burner turns on which doesn’t produce a lot of heat. Would not recommend.

    Very dissapointed in the heating temperatures clean up is not a breeze all grates are very heavy and hard to keep clean. One stain and it burns in . Stainless steel stains super easy even w water falling on it (boiling)

    Nice Cooktop, it was a tight fit, however it looks great with placement over the oven. The cool blue LED lights around the knobs are a nice touch! The burners lite quickly and burn smoothly.

    Love having the fifth burner. Its great having the controls in the front don’t have to worry about burning yourself by reaching across the stove. I also like the blue light around the knobs less chance of leaving the burner on once you’re done cooking.

    Installer reallt wanted to install. Measured snd said if might fit. Neglected to say (until directly asked) that wifi module wouldn’t fit.

    The center burner is a beast! Great for getting a great sear using my large cast iron skillet. Just check that the included kit fits your home connection for the gas. A great purchase.

    I loved it when I first got it, but exactly 20 days after the warranty expired a burner completely died. Repairs are going to cost approximately 40% of the original purchase price. The knobs are very weak as well and several have broken.

    Works great looks great. You can remove the wifi receiver, and it comes with a plastic cover when you remove the wifi reciver.

    purchased only 4 months ago, being 12 years costumer with Samsung product, purchasing so many devices from washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, TVs, Family hub refrigerator for my houses and etc…..this is a total waste of money….was putting my whole house on fire….knob get stuck , panel color got changed by normal cleaning….as I trusted Samsung product I did not purchased protection from BestBuy which was a big mistake and that I had to deal with Samsung Does not care service,,,,and then they would send you around the same circle with representatives from random countries and they don’t even speak English properly. Wasted my time in total 5 hours now. Best buy please don’t sell this. This is safety matter….Samsung does not care and neither they understand that this is supposed to be a device that is messing with Gas and that has to be used on a daily basis. This product only is good for a display house where a builder tries to sell the house. I am totally disappointed with Samsung and will stop buying anything has name Samsung on it. With the experience I had with Samsung Does not care service……..
