    I love this refrigerator EXCEPT that the ice will get stuck and slowly melt down the front, leaving puddles on top of each door. other than that, i absolutely LOVE the middle draw that can change temp from refrigerator to freezer depending on your needs. Samsung needs to redesign the door water/ice dispenser area.

    the Flex drawer is just another refrigerator drawer. It really doesn’t flex much in temperature. Had lunch meat go bad in it. I’ve had the refrigerator for 15 months and the ice maker has already gone out. You HAVE to turn the water off to the refrigerator in order to change out the water filter. And the refrigerator is extremely hard to move. So I have to turn it off at the road. Don’t buy this!!!

    Water leaked and ice fell out on occasion. Took 4 days for the freezer to get cold enough to but frozen items in. Would not recommend if your old fridge dies. May take to long to get things cold again.

    Great refrigerator. Unfortunately Samsung decided to stop including the Bin that goes on the backside of the Freezer Drawer. All the features to attach/hold the Bin are there, just not the Bin. Annoying!

    This refrigerator gave us nothing but trouble. In addition to the refrigerator giving us trouble, Samsung botched the entire repair process to the point where they actually broke it even more while trying to do warranty work. I won’t speak to other Samsung product, but if you are looking at a Samsung fridge with the same compressor system as this, run away.

    This is the purchase I have ever made. The French doors feel im pending the doors to a palace. The amount of room and storage boggles my mind. No more moving items out or side ways to get that item in the back. It’s easier to keep immaculate , there is so much more room to maneuver everything. My dairy has its own area. My middle drawer is excellent for keeping cold cuts, cheese and dips like humus. The freezer is easy to reach and organize.

    Terrible product. The icemaker continues to freeze over BSA has been out multiple times and the issue is still happening. Will never purchase Samsung again.

    This is our first drawer refrigerator. As nice as it looks, after 4 months of use, we don’t like it’s functionality and plainly, we don’t get used to it. Spills are not easy to clean on drawers, specially the front side of the drawers. The shelves on the door by the Ice Maker are wasted space and not very useable. The button to switch from Water to Ice or Crushed Ice has to be pressed twice to select. The push bracket to get water or ice is very hard to push for paper or plastic cups. For us, the bottom freezer drawer is too deep and makes it complicated searching for food. The additional freezer drawer is always banging against something and keeps getting stuck with containers or bags. The Ice maker container is very small so, many times, in a simple social gathering we end up running out of ice and having to run to the store to get extra ice. The Ice maker gets frost too often. Inside the ice tray the ice bridges to a point we have to keep punching the ice down to keep it moving. The icemaker is slow, works poorly and quite noisy. On the cubed ice selection, it spits and shreds ice, struggles to dispense. The ice pieces have a weird frost on them. We read reviews on the Icemaker, and many have reported faults with it. The Flex Zone drawer cannot be used as freezer, doesn’t cool enough. We like the capacity and the outside look, but we are holding our breath on how long the the Ice Maker is going to last. We called Best Buy to see if we could return, exchange or trade but they said we exceeded our 15 day trial period. If anyone reading this review, still likes this fridge, PLEASE find me. I can assure you will get a good deal.

    I bought this fridge just over 3 years ago with the 5 year geek squad warranty. This year I had problems with the ice maker not keeping the ice frozen. As a result the ice melts and leaks all over the inside and through ice dispenser. After 5 service repairs the techs are now RE-ORDERING parts that have already been replaced. It’s un-fixable. But since it’s “only the ice maker” it doesn’t qualify for a replacement refrigerator. Don’t buy any Samsung with the ice maker in the Fridge compartment, ONLY in the freezer.

    Although a large unit, it’s configured badly. The door storage is limited to small containers and the shelving is not modular; therefore, it does not accommodate tall items…like maple syrup containers. Would not recommend for a family
