    It’s okay. I thought I’d love the bottom drawer, but everything becomes unorganized and it doesn’t fully open, so it’s hard to see the items in the back.

    The refrigerator is working very well and I am very satisfied. Hopefully continues to perform this well throughout its lifetime. It’s got a very large and spacious refrigerator though the freezer is not as large as our side by side was, so if you need to have a large freezer and a large refrigerator considered buying a separate freezer in addition to this refrigerator. Or just buy a side by side refrigerator . The finish on the refrigerator is also extremely nice and makes the fridge look like it’s very high-end.

    It took them four times to get the right one in there! But Blake and his team were awesome! They had to take the doors off and everything to get it in my old, small doorway! But once in, it looked amazing! I love the color and how it fits!

    Now this was the refrigerator of my dreams! Very spacious very smart design of drawers and space. The soft close doors are awesome! The amazingly spacious bottom drawer freezer is set up with super easy sliding drawers / compartment. Love the black stainless steel color! The inside the fridge ice maker is a plus after the door version didn’t work out for me. I am very pleased with our new fridge I can’t say enough about my new appliance I smile every time I look at and even more when I open the door 🙂

    Samsung’s black refrigerator is a grey verion that turned out to not match the shiny black of our other appliaces. Not a show stopper, but beware.

    Refrigerator arrived with dents in one of the doors. Even though documented by installer, still had to have someone else come out to inspect to order a replacement door. Part number mismatch at Samsung required that new door to be returned and another ordered.

    Pro: cooled very rapidly to set temps. Quiet (aside from ice dumping in the bin, which it keeps filled). Spacious fridge and freezer.

    Purchased a few months ago. I am so impressed with the large capacity which makes organization easy! The black stainless is beautiful and shows very little fingerprints. Will want the black stainless on all appliances in the future. Highly recommend to everyone that has the space!

    It’s great, except the material compared the Samsung french door fridge model I had before this had way better material from 2014. This one is way cheaper quality. Also, as of today, 28 months after buying it, the freezer crapped out already. My Samsung washer crapped out on me after 24 months and had to be repaired. Their stuff used to be pricey but quality. Now it’s just pricey.

    This Samsung refrigerator is perfect.
    Spacious, great for people who like to cook and always have leftovers.
    Door shelves have a generous amount of room to meet all your needs.
    Ice dispenser is great. No waiting for ice to come out of the dispenser or having to fix an ice jam!

    Samsung Brand products it’s all I have, been using these products since I got married ( 20 years) our fridge keeps everything at the right temperature, no issues placing big containers, the space it’s plenty to modify the shelves that comes with it, color matches perfectly with our stove, I’ll definitely recommend it.

    Well I bought the exact same refrigerator back in 2016. It was nothing but problems. But this refrigerator matches the rest of my appliances so I’m giving it another try. It does look nicer than the 2016 model and they’ve upgraded some of the features. Hopefully they’ve also fixed the freezing up issue also. So far I love this refrigerator tho! I’m keeping my fingers crossed 🙂

    The refrigerator is a step into the future for our household. It functions as intended, v and no issues so far. The freezer is a little inconsistent, however it could be due to nature of the drawer. When you need to access items, pulling the drawer out raises the temp of the entire area. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I would recommend the unit.

    Great fridge. After a year and a half of ownership, it started developing a hum and I found out that there was ice forming at the back of the fridge compartment. Lowered the temperature of the fridge to 40 degrees and the hum went away after a few days. Food was still sufficiently cold.
    Also want to say that the fridge is very attractive and spacious

    I just love this frig. We had no electricity for about 30 hrs. and all my frozen food was still frozen and my ice that sonic ice size. I would give more stars if i could.

    Recieved a great deal on this fride. I gave one concern that the bottom freezer door does not open far enough. It is a little challenging if you need to remove the ice tray and place it back in drawer. If tray is some what full you could spell ice. Almost takes a 45 degree angle to place tray back in the drawer. Over all I am happy with the purchase.

    Great fridge for outside storage as it is about 4”longer than the standard fridge. Beautiful inside and out. Has humidity controls. It’s a keeper!

    Purchased this Beautiful refrigerator as a BUNDLE one year ago! The quality of the stainless steel on ALL APPLIANCES are HORRIBLE. Scratches and CHIPS effortlessly. And the stainless steel wipes right off. The glass shelves are the exact way. Don’t dare slide bowls unless you want scratched glass. If you want your appliances to stay in prestige condition stay away from Samsung. Been nothing but a stress ESPECIALLY for the price!

    DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!!! It will only last less than 2 years! I bought the fridge in 2021 and by 2023 it died. Dealing with Samsung is impossible since none of their reps are local, everyone you deal with is overseas. Repair guy that finally came that was contracted with Samsung said it was motherboard so he charged me $500 to repair, that didn’t fix the fridge so he says Samsung will send some other company out to fix the compressor. WHAT? Why would a fridge repair guy contracted by Samsung not be able to fix a fridge? It’s been out for over a week now and Samsung can’t tell me when this new company will come out to fix it.
