    This samsung refrigerator is very spacious, it has many compartments which make it easier to store and locate groceries quickly. The water filter is nicely located and easy to remove it. The freezer has large capacity to store food and the ice/water dispenser system is easy to operate. Overall an excellent refrigerator!!!!

    I am loving this refrigerator. Everything works great and the lighting inside is very good. It is also very quiet when it runs.

    We got NO delivery and we got NO call. I called and spoke with someone day of delivery and he said yes we were getting our delivery. No one has called and no delivery. VERY disappointed!!

    This is a very nice refrigerator. I love the French door setup and drawer freezer. It’s much more roomy compared to a side by side refrigerator and I can find things easier in my freezer now. The fruit and vegetable drawers are a little smaller than what I’m used to but they do provide sufficient space. The water and ice dispenser work well, but there isn’t a light on it which is the only thing I can say that I don’t like about it. Otherwise, it looks good, does it’s job well, and you can’t see fingerprints on it like the stainless steel versions, which is great if you have kids.

    Sadly we don’t have our new refrigerator to review! When the delivery did not show up as scheduled we called. New delivery date 7/8. They claimed they sent me a text but did not. We are expecting out of town guests on 7/8 so this is not convenient but probably won’t be delivered anyway based on history.

    This refrigerator was part of a package of appliances we purchased last December 2020. I was amazed at the lack of usable space compared to my old refrigerator of the same size. Changing the water filter turned out to be more difficult than I expected, too. Unfortunately, the water has to be turned off before the filter can be changed! No easy task to accomplish, either. It is easy to clean, though.

    Looks nice, but several issues:
    1. The drawer (at the bottom of the main food area) almost never goes in correctly/smoothly.
    2. The ice maker dispenses very slowly.
    3. Not an issue, but a criticism: the shelves aren’t adjustable in the slightest, so you’re stuck with preset heights.

    Delivery could not have been smoother. Delivery guys brought it in and hooked up quickly, then moved our old fridge to the basement and hooked it up. All with a friendly smile.
    We could not be happier!
