    Awesome fridge and freezer. My only issue is they need to remove the ice cubes going all over the ground thing …that drives me nuts but I compensate by having a tall enough glass

    I absolutely love everything about this refrigerator except the icemaker. For a family of 5 it does not keep up with icemaking. I love the display unit on the fridge and being able to see inside while not home however inside view is not the best. I keep the main items on the visible shelfs.

    Technically this fridge is so amazing. Initially the bigger one is our choice but we ended up on this because the space in the house doesn’t permit. The only bad side about it is the delivery service. It arrived with dent on the side. But overall.. its good.

    ******WARNING***STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE………… First, I want to say that I started liking Samsung after I purchased a microwave; I go the refrigerator and a dishwasher. Now I was about to place an order for the stove which now I am debating to get it as precisely one year after purchasing this one the screen stopped working. Nothing working. I can’t change the temp can’t do anything… Contacted Samsung and “scheduled” a repair; nobody called or came. I checked with them, and they had to cancel the ticket. Only found this after getting a text.
    So I purchased a disposable refrigerator that cost me over $2K.
    Ridiculous.

    No score less than one is available. We ordered this $2000 fridge 3 weeks ago. It was delivered 01/17/2022. It stopped cooling in less than 24 hours. My wife called best buy who sent her to Samsung customer service who appear to be based in India and who were incredibly sexist and rude to her. She talked to 6 people as they kept hanging up on her. They continued to harass her and tell her that she was not going fast enough and kept threatening to hang up on her. And then did. They told her to unplug the fridge, plug it back in and then call them back in 2 hours if it was not cooling then – at which point they would hang up on her. This fridge is less than a day old. One told her to wait until her husband came home. She finally spoke to a female who actually was slightly helpful. That person gave her a local contractor service phone number and opened a ticket with them with an incident number. The Samsung person told us that it would be Friday before a service person would be available. When she called the contractor, they did not have the incident number yet and so could not make an appointment. I called Best buy to complain about this and could not get to a human through their automated phone system. We lost an entire fridge worth of food and wont have a fridge for at least a week. Unbelievable.

    The water and ice cube dispenser does not work. Otherwise, everything else works well. The Best Buy staff was excellent/very helpful/very knowledgeable and the Best Buy installation and repair was equally up to the task.

    The fridge is nice BUT I’m very disappointed and upset with the care of this product. I waited a few months to FINALLY get my new fridge, upon delivery, both sides was dented, I got 125 gift card…. I’m still waiting on, then I noticed three more dents on the left door and more dents and scratches on the side of the door. For 2000 dollars, ummm this thing is beat up for that price.

    It’s overwhelming electronically. More than we need in our kitchen. The ice dispenser has no exterior light and ice drops very slowly. Lots of room on both sides but adjustable shelves would be a plus. The recent update let’s you watch some TV shows which is pretty cool. Seems to function more for gadgets and conversation piece than a fridge.

    The 26.7 Samsung side by side with Family Hub is mostly awesome. I had to keep checking for it to come in stock as it appears hugely popular. The good stuff can be read in al the other reviews. I deduct 1 star for a few flaws. 1) The ice box capacity is too small 2) there is NO light on the water dispenser so filling up at night is challenging. You must turn on the kitchen lights. This seems to be a HUGE design miss 3) The water/ice spout is much more forward then you expect making it mostly impossible to activate the water/ice with your coup and have it filled. Instead you will need to use your finger to activate while pulling the cup forward. Other than that I believe most will love this appliance.

    The refrigerator is great except for one thing. Who in their infinite wisdom decided not to install a light at the water / ice dispenser. Totally unusable at night and very poor design. They should design lights into the dispensing area that are switchable.

    Best purchase ever. Never knew what we were missing. Plays Music videos and TV stations if hooked to Wi-Fi. Can Blu Tooth, create shopping list, create cooking menu from contents, camera to see inside. Keep family schedule, leave notes to family. Can even upload personal photos for a slide show. Great room inside for food also.

    We are a fan of this fridge but it came with damage on the side. It seemed to have been tampered with before it arrived. The color is great and being smartphone compatible is so cool. However, the drawers are SO DEEP and items get lost super easily. They should have put 3+ drawers instead of just 2.
