    This product is creepy and easily hacked and here’s why it’s concerning. When not in use, one would expect the screen to be off. However, my experience has been that on multiple occasions when watching tv, I get up and see the screen on the fridge turn off very quickly. And when turning off the tv and lights to go to bed, the screen comes on even though no one is near it. It is strange and gives the feeling that your privacy is being invaded. I would not recommend this product. They should provide customers with solutions that work to prevent this from happening.

    We absolutely love our family hub fridge. We had a side by side before and constantly were having issues on where to place items or organize its contents. Now we can view our fridge from the grocery store and have plenty of room to organize the contents.

    The refrigerator is good in terms of technology but the left door panel space is all taken up by the water / ice dispenser. I did not check it while buying online but it was a big disapointment

    Switched from 2 door to French 3 door. Very nice, easy to find everything both in the freezer and fridge and the built in tablet gets a lot of use and makes things more fun in the kitchen.

    Overall we love this fridge! There’s a couple things I’d recommend changing/upgrading. There’s a small area(best way to say it, is French door doesn’t completely close) is that the French door sensor doesn’t sense. So, I find myself checking to make sure the doors a closed a lot!

    Also the inside fridge camera is stationary, so you’re unable to manipulate to see all areas of the fridge!

    Since the ice maker is located inside the fridge, it takes up quite a bit of inside fridge space.

    I love this refrigerator with the Family Hub. The calendar, specifically, is a huge plus for a busy family. The size of the fridge and freezer compartments are great. The only flaw is that the unit came dented from the manufacturer, but Best Buy was very easy to work with on getting a replacement.

    Worth it, black stainless steel looks amazing and fridge works great. Enough space for a small family size. The freezer has more than enough space. The items detector is kinda iffy as it recognizes wrong item from time to time.

    The functionality of the screen is not conducive to all the necessary platforms like Alexa and anything else besides Bixby. The set up is an awful process. The store on the side doors could be designed with a little more space for condiment bottles other than size petite in mind.

    Nice, but not as large as our last Samsung (mostly in the freezer area), but it has the family hub and is Alexa and Smart Things compatible. We were forced to get a new one because the ice maker quit working. Here’s hoping this new one lasts longer. Look for the sale price!

    Ordered this refrigerator on Nov.20,2023. The delivery guys didnt connect the wster lines for the water/ice maker. The delivery guys took the screws to the freezer door handle and ive bern without access to my freezer for nearly 3 weeks.

    Man i wanted this thing to be the most amazing appliance ive ever purchsed but here’s the flaw: Support is awful. I transported this home myself (upright) and plugged it in overnight to allow things to cool down before transferring my food, set up the really cool touch screen thing and went to bed. The next day the display showed temps were at their setting (38 and 0) so i went to move food from old fridge but I noticed that the temp on this one didn’t feel cold even though the diplay shower it was at 38. I put a digital thermometer in there and it was actually 70. Tinkered a bit but nothing so I contacted Samsung who couldn’t do anything other than tell me to restart blah blah and then informed me that they still couldn’t do anything further because i was still in the 14 day return window with BB because that was their agreement and to take it up with them. After 14 days they would send a repair tech but i wanted this now. BB doesn’t do repairs unless you pay for their extra service nonsense so now I have to transport this thing back for a refund. BB did provide a refund no problem with them but the moral of this long review is buy from Lowes and have them deliver to you. It doesn’t cost more and if there is a failure they will pick it up. Also Samsung support is horrible so I got a Whirlpool from Lowes instead. Cheaper and better support from the store and manufacturer.

    In love with this refrigerator. If I had too I would buy this a million times more. I have little kids so I love that it notifies me on my phone when the door was open specially since my kid grabs and runs with out making sure the door was properly closed.
