The extra fridge/freezer option is really useful. we keep 75 percent fridge and 25 percent freezer. The touchscreen is really useful when you can put your grocery list on it and then see it on the app at the grocery store.

Fancy fridge, the view inside feature is pretty cool. The screen can function as a big digital photo frame, a Ring monitor and so many functions. Super happy with this purchase.

We got this refrigerator to have a flex zone that would allow for soft freeze of ice cream at 23 degrees. Unfortunately, as demonstrated by the ice cream soup, it maintained a temperature between 27 and 30 degrees. Best Buy switched it out for another unit which did the same thing. Had a technician from Samsung come buy who verified it was running hot but Samsung said it was within “specifications” and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

We love our new Samsung smart fridge. I admit, this is a niche product. There are other fridges with more physical features (built in SodaStream etc…) BUT if you are someone who would really take advantage of the smart features you will love this fridge.
Being able to reorder common items, keep track of shopping lists that sync with your phone automatically & being recommended recipes is so useful. I can’t remember how I ever got along without it

Overall is a regulat refrigerator only that you can watch youtube,your pictures amd a lot of other things.What I dont like about it are the storage boxes very hard to clean them for so expensive refrigerator.So I am disappointed.Very expensive is not very good!

Our last fridge was a French door style. It was ok at first but we got tired of piling everything on top of everything in e freezer. This fridge has shelves in the freezer more like a side by side but you still get the upside of a French door up top with the extra width. So, so far so good.

I have really enjoyed this fridge. It is pretty neat how food stays fresher longer than the previous refrigerators I have used. The screen has been fun for the family and helpful with organization and productivity. The speaker can get pretty loud and the speed and resution of the images are top quality.

Best Buy had the best price for this model out of all of the retailers we looked at. Most everyone else did not have this fridge available for weeks and Best Buy had it available for pickup within days. This model has exceeded expectations. Usually I stay away from Samsung when it comes to refrigerators. However, the features cannot be beat for our needs. Being able to switch the lower right quadrant to extra refrigerator space but also have it as a freezer option is so nice! Food doesn’t get lost in the freezer as it is not an entire drawer to pull out. Really appreciate the thought and design that went into this.

I love it! I noticed comments before complaining about their screen going out. If that ever happens there is an off switch so that you can reset the screen. I haven’t had problems with mine. I’m glad that I purchased it.

Customer service was able to go above and beyond for us to get this fridge. It’s amazing. We previously had a smart hub Samsung fridge. We needed another one! This one with the four doors and flex zone is great. It allows us to use the bottom for whatever we need.

Fridge is pretty good quality and does an outstanding job keeping your food at the right temperature. We have a lot of smart devices from hue light bulbs, smart samsung tv, and washer/dryer, to the ring door bell, so the fridge integrates well with them and works as a smart hub. If you do not have smart devices that this fridge can intergrate with and take advantage of and you plan to use this as a glorified tablet in the kitchen, I would advice spending your money on a different fridge and buy a tablet or something.. The markup for that functionality is not worth it if you are gonna use it just for music or youtube and googling recipes. My only grip after 4 months of ownership is the ice maker is too small and slow. I have family members with cheaper samsung fridges and they get their ice a lot quicker than this one.

I love the features and there’s plenty of Room for a family of 4, I had to return 3 before getting one that did not leak through the water dispenser. Other than that, I’ve had it now for more than a year & has not given me any issues. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the freezer bins are very flimsy

I am rating this fridge high because it is the second one we are getting and we love the first one. We have had no issues, it is sleek, and the interactive feature is quite interesting. The only problem is that the second one has taken months to arrive. At the moment we are looking at mid June. Altogether it will be almost 4 months wait.

Unfortunately, the ice maker stopped working after 18 months of use, and was irreparable.

The screen freezes a lot and need to be reset frequently. The ice maker is tinny tiny and the water comes out very slowly. I was hoping the refrigerator features would reflect on the price paid but not. I would not recommend it. The only good thing is having then option of using 1/4 of the refrigerator as freezer as well. The rest is not worth paying and the quality is arguable.

The fridge of my dreams became a nightmare. It has so many issues: alarm woke me up in the middle of the night. I wanted to use @YouTube @Facebook and @Twitter on the Smart screen but it never worked!!! and I have been dealing with Samsung for almost two years. First, they say they were going to exchange the fridge, then waited and waited until they had the guarantee expired, later said they were going to refund me my money and nothing had happened. Please think before buy one.

1st one lasted about a year and a half and was finally replaced after 9 attempts to fix! The 2nd one is currently being repaired for the 3rd time as I write this with no success! Lots of cool features but it does not work! I will never buy another Samsung. The repair company is the worst!

Overall a beautiful refrigerator. Would not recommend for a family because of too many fingerprints. Ice maker went out. Samsung replaced it for free. Also if y’all have pets, the hair get stuck underneath in the metal filter. When this happens the freezer stops cooling properly.
