    This freezer is amazing. Occupies very little room, beautifully designed and very spacious. I love how i can alternate between fredge and freezer as i need it. This was a great purchase and would definitely recommend getting one.

    Pro-stays cold in southern facing garage despite hot weather; digital display; auto defrost; many shelves and removable bins; door storage; aesthetically adequate; reasonably narrow
    Cons-this freezer replaces a smaller manual freezer that was shorter, which required moving a stationary wall shelf (my lack of future planning)

    Disappointed that I have to unplug it to reset the freezer temperature. The control buttons allow me to change the temperature, but it doesn’t stay to what I set it to. I have to unplug it to reset then set it to what temperature I want. Other than that, it works great, the size is perfect.

    This is a great freezer! I wish there was an option to have drawers or shelves or to change the set up to some degree. The door alarm is very quiet. Which I wish this was louder. Also, the price is a bit high. Other brands were a lot less but we wanted a second to match our other. The price has gone up drastically in the last few years. Other than that, we love this freezer.

    Freezer is a very nice looking one, I got it for the fits and upright, but it’s been a nightmare since. My food would get defrosted and the freezer would freeze itself again, so I have ice all over my freezer and inside my food. I was puzzled until I bought a temp sensor to record the temperature. You can see the temp reached to 35F and cool itself, and back up again, and cool itself, then again reaching 55F and cool itself down. I have samsung techs out here to troubleshoot multiple times, and I was told, it’s “regular defrosting cycle” What kind of defrosting cycle would cause all your things to melt and ice cream became puddle of milk? There is something wrong with the fridge and they just won’t admit to it. I would avoid this freezer if I can, if you are using it as a fridge, then I think it would be okay, but buy it at your own risk!

    Better than I expected. Nice finish. I was going to go with a smaller Frigidaire and it came in broke. We sent it back and got this. We are super happy to spend a little extra money and got something nice. It is in our living room since we have a small space and it actually looks nice. The handle swivels to unlatch and pull open door. Nice and roomy. It’s as tall as a regular fringe (old school) and a little narrower but not much. Vents are over each drawer and shelf so you don’t have to worry about circulation being blocked. Overall great freezer.

    Freezer works great, looks great with excellent storage. Temperature is maintained at about -3F. Drawers and shelves are great organizers for the food. Smaller than my last freezer, but plenty of room for my additional frozen storage needs. I would recommend to family and friends. I would definitely purchase again.

    The new freezer (or refrigerator) is tall but slim and looks nice. The bins inside are nice and deep to hold a lot and organize. I do wish there was a little more shelving in the door, but it is really nice and much quieter than our old one.

    This was mostly for my wife, we looked at a few other fridge only options and this was her preferred choice for mostly drinks and extra produce. Capacity is more than we thought it’d be and it is really sleek. It’s pretty quiet, but there is the occasional increase in volume. For the most part I don’t hear it. Also, not sure if the back is where the heat discharges also, but the left side, when facing the fridge, gets really warm if covered, so we had to make sure there was enough space on that side to vent.

    We have had this freezer for one year, and so far so good! We bought this to freeze meats for long-term storage since they last longer in colder temperatures, and at -8, they do very well! I repackage store-bought meats and sort them in the “deep” drawers provided. Plenty of door space exists for butter/bacon and other smaller items. It is much easier to access and organize than my old freezer! It fits in our tiny apartment laundry room with plenty of room. The size is perfection! Whisper quiet! It cannot be heard from the laundry room when the door is open or shut. Our neighbor bought one, and we were so impressed that we bought one too.

    We were running out of fridge space with our regular 36″wide fridge, so we wanted to put in an additional fridge. The first time, we were looking for an upright freezer. When I came across this product, I liked having this dual-functional that doesn’t take up a lot of space. You can change the handle opening left and right( you have to do it yourself, and we didn’t want to bother putting the time to do it)

    So happy with this freezer!
    I bought it for my husband’s birthday present. He is a big time smoothie person. He always wanted to have a freezer. I looked up a chest freezer first. But my coworkers told me chest freezer has a lot of issues. Plus, when I saw those in the store, design and color wouldn’t match with my kitchen. When I received this upright freezer, I was surprised. it was waaaay nicer than I expected it would be. Not only was it sleek pretty outside but also spacious inside. Way spcious than the pictures on the website. Big drawers make easy to organize and find foods!
    I can switch to refrigerator to change the temperature. It has different settings.
    We are enjoying our freezer so much.
