    Great Microwave! It has some feature, it runs well, and is easy to keep clean. However, instillation was a bit rough. If you do not align the anchor screws 100 percent, you risk cross threading and creating a gap (could happen to any product). Good Unit!

    Bought a new home and decided to replace all of the Frigidaire Gallery appliances that were in my kitchen with Samsung appliances. I am unhappy with this microwave as it takes a great deal of time to warm up any food. It takes 2-3 x’s more time than with my previous microwaves. It’s annoying. I had called Best Buy for warranty service and they told me it was working properly. I would never purchase Samsung appliances again. Wish I could give less than 1 star, or zero stars.

    Bought this as Open Box for heck of a deal. Lasted 15 months before it stopped working. Was looking to replace, but decided to try replacing door switches first. Actually got it working again for about $6. We’ll see how long it lasts!

    This microwave sucks! Barley used and it turns on and off by itself like it’s possessed by a poltergeist. Also who designed this where you can’t have a timer on and use the microwave at the same time…STUPID!

    I’ve been using Samsung phones for over 10 years, love them and they last! Current S10e is closing in on 3 years and I expect I’ll get at least another 1, maybe 2 out of it. Wish their Microwaves were as good.

    Bought this microwave Aug 2020 and by Sept 2021 the digits on the display started to go bad: one or two of the bars wouldn’t light up like they were supposed to. Oct 2021, more bars are starting to drop out.

    Its was made 2 1/2 yrs ago, but I bought it 14 months ago, so I called Samsung Tech Support, and after telling me to unplug and replug it, which did nothing, they said I’m out of warranty and they’ll have to send service techs at my own dime to fix this.

    Just got a note from the repair guy: “Minimum labor fee $200 (visit fee included) + parts cost. Please ask for a detail as there separate cost for a major repair. If the repair need an extra man, there will be an additional $50 for the labor cost.”

    TOTALLY INSANE!!! I only paid $200 for the stupid oven and they want to charge me $200 Min, Plus Parts to fix it.

    SAMSUNG YOU HAVE FAILED, MISERABLY!!!

    Stay away from Samsung aka Samsuck, had to replace fridge after only a few years and now the microwave as it all of a sudden won’t heat and makes a buzzing noise. I do NOT recommend.

    It work well the only complaint I had with this product is that is quite noisy and it is not the noise that a common microwave does. We tried to see if was due to installation but is not, I read other making same comments about this. Otherwise it work well

    This worked well, but now the paint under the rotating plate in the cabinet has bubbled and come off. I have been instructed by Samsung “under no circumstance use this microwave.” It is 2 and 1/2 years old.

    1.6 would be ok for occasional use, but for daily use on larger items it is underpowered. Pay another $50 and get the higher output model.

    It’s an OK microwave the only problem I didn’t like is if you put it over a stove which it’s intended for it heats up the bottom keys and they don’t work so if you turn the fan off it will not turn off after it heats up you have to unplug it let it cool down and then try it again

    It works, I guess.

    The buttons are hard to push, and the logo is crooked.

    The under light is so dim it’s basically useless. I had to search for a bright LED replacement that would fit the socket. I found only one bulb that would work, and it flickers sometimes, but at least it’s usefully bright. Not Samsung’s fault but it’s their fault for including such a dim light that does nothing.

    It cost me $300 to have it installed, so, not going to incur extra costs for replacement over a crooked logo, but that is terribly poor quality control. It’s such an eyesore. I have doubts this product will last.

    In use this was an acceptable microwave. After two years the wall started deteriorating and rust set in. Difficult to keep clean and definitely not fingerprint resistant and the multiple grooves in the interior made wiping more difficult that necessary. I have kept using it and it is cooking, and at 6 years it is at least running. I still better quality in a Samsung device.

    It’s a decent microwave–it looks nice and has performed as expected. However, it only lasted 2.5 years before it needed replacing. I love my samsung phone and tvs, but I won’t buy the cooking appliances again.

    Had the microwave for 5 years and it stopped heating. It would cost more to repair than to replace it.
