    I bought other charging ports from Amazon etc. I thought my switch was broke. I decided one last attempt and bought this to charge my gaming console! Works great and it’s smaller than the original easier to hide on the tv stand

    I never even write reviews but when I spend almost $400 on a TOTK Switch OLED and it gets bricked in less than 24 hrs after I buy the dock, I’m gonna be upset. Do not buy this product.

    I’ve owned this dock for about a year and it doesn’t get used much. The family switch is heavily used. We have to take the case off the Switch (original) to fit on this dock (case fits with the Nintendo dock). Lately we have had issues with the display alignment when on this dock and connected to our Roku TV. Part of the top of the screen is displayed on the bottom. Sides alignment issues as well. Last time I used it, black screen only or wouldn’t be recognized by the TV. I expected more from the Rocketfish brand and will be buying another brand dock to replace theirs. (note the Nintendo dock still functions perfectly so its not the Switch).

    I loved getting this one in particular because it had some guides built into it to center the console before insertion. Great product.

    I would have given 5 stars but I have to remove the protective case to get it to dock with the OLED model. The protective case is certified to dock with the OEM dock but this aftermarket dock is a bit too tight. Since this is my 8 year old’s Switch i require he use the case other wise it gets broke, so not sure if I will be keeping it.

    Overall the product works just like the dock that comes with the switch. My only problem with the product is that it will not work when connect to any type of AV equipment, I must plug the dock directly into my TV. It will recognize its connected to AV but no video or audio is presented. Tested this on a AV reciever and soundbar that work with the nintendo dock.

    Works perfect for switch oled but AC adapter makes a faint buzzing sound when plugged into power which can be distracting if dock is on a desk.

    I liked it, but I just didn’t need it unfortunately. I didn’t mean to purchase it. In comparison to the one in the photo on Amazon, this one was WAY easier to use.

    My original Dock had stop working, so i am so glad i found this dock in best buy. It works excellent , connects to the tv, now me and the kids get to play together. Thank you Best Buy

    2 months and 2 days. After that, the HDMI output gave out, and it no longer outputs anything through the display. The original dock works connected all to the same cabling.

    Disappointed.

    Poorly constructed but also functional Switch dock, Uses a proprietary AC wall wort instead of the standard USBC-based dock. Also only has a single USB port on it and no ethernet.

    Not as good as the one Nintendo makes. Had to replace this same one that stopped working. Someone had issues with the tv recognizing it in first attempt. For the price I’ll be happy if this lasts the 2 years the last did

    This is an amazing product! I bought it as a travel dock for my Nintendo Switch. It has a smaller footprint than the dock my Switch came with and easily fit in my Switch travel case. I highly recommend this product, especially if you are looking for a travel dock.

    I currently have three nintendo switches in my household. Let me tell you this is a cheap sturdy alternatice to forking out extra money for an official nintendo switch dock. If my kids want to jump in the living room for multiplayer games with the family this is the solution for those that have a them and do not want an eye sore
