    Both this a a gift and it was a perfect gaming headset. The sound is great and the design Is great.

    It was good on the first week but soon had driver problems that lead to losing connection once in awhile and the charge mount doesn’t really work and had to waste a lot of time for a sweet spot for it to charge. After owning it for 2 months the right headset slider broke making it loose. Never had a headset problems like this one and should look at other brands.

    great sound and comfortable very easy to set up and get started at first it takes awhile to get to full charge but with the cord to power it up you can start right away.

    Very comfortable if you’ve got a big head! Ive had almost every brand there is for headsets, was worried about not hearing much about this brand. Its got great sound, bass is better than the treble, might just be how i have it setup though. I do wish i could have better control of the volume. On my pc its turned nearly all the way down and is plenty loud, i can barely hear my teammates though. The SWARM app on pc does help with that though. Mic is more sensitive than id like, but that’s only really when ppl in the house are being loud.
    I would definitely buy it again.

    My friend is still using this after about a year, sounds just as great as when it was first opened. Great sound and mic quality. He forgets he even has it on because of how comfortable it is.

    Pretty good. Very comfy and lighweight. Not 24 hour battery life as it says on the box. Glad I got them on sale, the sale pricepoint is what makes them pretty good. If I had paid full price, I’d only give 3-stars.

    Roccat peripherals for PC have always been a happy buy for me and the Syn Pro Air doesn’t disappoint. Only drawback is it has a somewhat short range as a wireless headset but the quality and functionality of both the headphones and mic are top notch.

    This headset has adjustable volume control that controls the computer volume and an adjustable noise canceling wheel. Very comfortable and very affordable. The pro gamer lights are a bonus and add +10 skill. Can also be used on PS5. Highly recommend.

    I am not very familiar with computers and gaming systems but my granddaughter told me she needed a new pair of gaming headphones. Her old pair were not wireless and she evidently kept rolling over the wires with her chair. She seems extremely pleased with the quality of her new Roccat headphones

    Bought this for my kids, they love it. They’ve gotten compliments from other players about the mic quality. My kids say the battery lasts a long time, neither had it get low on them. They say the longest they played with them was about 4hrs. We have 2 of these.

    I bought this headset because my Corsair HS55s mic kept corrupting. Saw this on sale and said, “Sure, why not?”. The build is pretty sturdy, comfortable, and the colors on the earpieces are pretty cool. Only thing I have a problem with this headset is the range. The house I live in isn’t that big, and all of my previous headsets would allow me to go to the other end of the house and do laundry with no cutouts or disconnections. This headset does not. Other than that, it’s a great value. I bought one of their mice for CoD too and it works fantastic. Starting to become a Roccat fan.

    The sound and build quality of this product are great. Unfortunately, I owned this product 2 different times and had to return them both for the same reason. After a few months, the headset would randomly disconnect, then it would take roughly a minute, or it wouldn’t reconnect at all until I powered it off and then on again.
