Nice headset. It delivers good sound quality and I love the aesthetic.
Kdub –
These headsets are very nice and the sound qualitg is great!
Shura –
They worked absolutely perfectly for almost a year. Great buy for price
AyeDon –
This product started crackling and having distorted audio after 3 months, and after 5 months it stopped receiving charge. It was great while it lasted, but I bought these hoping they would last a couple years to say the very least. I am very disappointed to know that I have to eat the 80 bucks I spent on these due to the return period being only 15 days.
Mohammed –
I bought this headset for my son to use on his gaming PC.. he really like the sound quality and the range of headset wireless.
Angel –
Budget friendly with great features. I have a big head and they don’t crush my ears. They do a good job of isolating sound and keeping you locked in. Budget headset with high end features.
Dylan –
I have had these for 2 months now, and have had minor connection problems but nothing big until now. Every time i connect and play after about 30 minutes they get very staticy which makes them unuseable. The firmware is up to date and I have tried troubleshooting through windows audio and ROCCAT but nothing has worked.

This headset is very comfortable and sounds amazing. But the software and just general hoops you have to go through to get it to connect each time outweighs the good. When you turn on the headset, sometimes it just wont connect – actually pretty much every time it does not connect without opening the ‘swarm’ app on your PC. There is no wired option either – super inconvenient. and sometimes it will spring an update prompt on you, all the updates are required in order for the headset to work, again SUPER annoying and very inconvenient. This would be a great headset if it had a wired option and connected faster and without this unnecessary hassle. I suggest you look into the SteelSeries headsets instead, way better products overall.

Sound good but makes a lot of squeak noice when you move. It’s pretty annoying so had to return.
Dirt –
Sound quality was crap and volume control know has now resistance or detent so it will spin on it’s own. Their gamming software is TERRIBLE!!!! Returned and bought Logitech like I should have in the first place.
James –
Wait Xmas my son will games PlayStation 4 great can’t wait Xmas
BestKat –
Repeat buy. My son likes this style of headset when gaming.
Paul –
Sound quality is superb! you can customize colors and sound effects!
BerryMcC –
Bought 2 of these both had the same issue with turning itself off. Sound and quality was good. But was having an issue with the driver.
Hearmenow –
Overall I love these. They do get a bit heavy though as I am a remote customer service tech. I may look for some lighter weight ones and use these for online gaming.
FenixKnightXII –
This is definitely a great headset. I would say the 24 hr battery life is a over statement. I usually get like 15-20 hrs of charge time. Which isnt bad though considering most wireless headsets dont stay charged that long. The software is a little odd to use but it is nice and mostly only a couple features in there are great. The rest are kind of useless. I did watch a lot of different reviews on youtube about this headset before i bought it. And they were pretty spot on. So would reccomed doing the same.
Fortniter97 –
Its good for gaming. Cushioning is comfortable on ears. Battery life has been great.
Moon –
It has a great sound but the only problem with it is that, at times, it does not connect to the system. Sometimes I have to retry like 10 times, removing the usb from computer, restarting and what not? and it still doesnt want to connect.
Mymarshall –
I absolutely love these headphones… one of the best purchases
alberto91 –
I got these for my daughter to play fortnite with her friends on her Nintendo switch they do the job they are a little heavy for work though if you work from home on a computer
Icebreaker5105 –
Sound quality is great buttons are small abd hard to function
Sydney –
Had a couple complaints that people couldn’t hear me as well as other headsets
Fjt805 –
I gave this as a present and the kid I gave them too says they work great, they sound great, they look great
Dontbelikeme –
Well to start the sound quality was okay, better than average in some areas, the mic worked excellent and didnt have problems connecting. Well that stood true for about 4 months. The connection issues started, constant turning on and off and changing usb ports to get to connect, mic was unplugged once, then stopped working, simple fix was done, occasionally youd have to press the mic in to get it to work. Well the day came to me stomping it into oblivion, as the head set started randomly turning off and on. Ive spent a lot of money on dumb stuff, but this was by far the dumbest.
Angel150 –
My husband love this i bought it on hes xmas oresent and now he so addicted to use it while on hes game
Bose –
I love these headphones… thann you so much for selling great products
GamerMomma79 –
Everytime I reatart my computer I have to reinstall the software for the head phones. The sound is great but having to update everyday is the main issue.
Scapoose –
Still going strong 2 years later would buy again..
Whenthearmbreaks –
Great sound and clarity for the price but the arms are a bit weak
Albert323 –
For its price range it’s very good but I hate the software as it would require the same update every time I booted up my computer so it was annoying but I loved the RGB and battery life.
AdrianB –
Comfortable and good wireless connectivity. Works well and sound quality is good. Headphones are not as sturdy as they appear however. Be careful with the detachable mic and gentle overall.
LaurrynT –
You can barely hear anything! That’s my sons only complaint. It’s quality is great but no matter what we do the volume & hearing aspect suck!
Amber –
the first few months i had these they were okay quality, nothing special. they were too tight on my head and you can’t really adjust them, after about 6 months my voice started to bug out, would randomly go high pitched and staticky, a few more months after that the mic quality became terrible, it was extremely quiet no matter what settings i tried to change to adjust it. then the mute button stopped working so i tossed them. for the price i don’t think these are good headphones at all, go with something a few bucks more and maybe they’ll last you more than barely a year like these.
Treyshawn –
I Bought This Headset On October 24th In 2021 And I’m Still Using It Till This Day No Issues! 10/10 Highly Recommend Buying This Headset
user994144 –
Crappy I bought one kind of headphones returned them when I could after car accident had to re pay the fee to get warranty for these headphones ones I had before and for awhile before they went bad and haven’t even used them in total play time of probably at most 2 weeks and these are not even what I expected not even 4 days of me having them I had major problems with them yet I’m dealing with it so I don’t have to refund right now to get a “new” pair which I don’t think they gave me new ones because of how trashy these are compare to the kind I got from meijer or something
JustinB –
Very solid headset. Sounds great. Comfortable. A little on the heavy side for weight. Software is a little lackluster. Seems like a lot of the settings do not stick when you set them. Without using software the headset works great. One downfall. The headset is mostly hollow plastic. Mine has broke due to constant stretching. I’ve repaired it with jb weld plastic bins (lol) but it works fine. Be careful stretching this headset.
Patch –
Decent headset but the software sucks and can get buggy.
Suzie –
I would honestly not recommend for the following reasons, i paid $100 when i first bought it. It’s heavy, the battery life isn’t accurate, it disconnects from bluetooth a lot, I wish is was wired because the mic is AMAZING, that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars, I honestly wish i could’ve gotten a refund. But that’s just my honest opinion, it’s a disappointment because it’s a very pretty headset.
LinA –
Great headset with microphone. Grandchildren love them.
ArmandF –
These were just okay. Sound okay. The headphone band broke after just one year of use. Disappointing.
ZacharyA –
They go crazyyyy. Absolutely love these for competitive gaming.
Wela54 –
Like this very much. Also my Son. Like that the symbol on the headphones changes colors.
JenP –
The sound is good and it works great. I like that I’m wireless.
SamT –
A bit bulky but great headset. Love the ability to scroll through what level of ANC/Transparency for outside sound I want to have, and the quality of sound output. It’s a bit on the bigger side, but very comfortable even while wearing glasses. Playing different survival games and being able to hear sound from specific directions in game is exceptional. Love the customization abilities in the software program, as well.
spiware101 –
Great starter headset, sound is good and mic is clear but nothing amazing. Where it lacks in overall quality it makes up for the great sound and audio customization and optimization software that’s comes with it. It really is much better than you would expect out of it for the cost.
The only downside is the software to alter it’s audo can be complex for some and take a bit to get used too.
MorganS –
It was a good headset for what it needed to do. Too many little pieces for me to keep track of and I ended up losing them making the headphones unusable. Bass was to be desired, didn’t make my brain shake which is too bad but I guess they weren’t built for that so maybe that’s a me problem
It’s what I deserve
StarlaQ –
My son loves these. They only last about 7 to 8 months before breaking, but he hasn’t wanted any other kind. He says the mic works great and his friends can hear him clearly while gaming. He also says the hearing is clear with no problems. As stated, they seem to break in less than a year. The first time, the hearing went out, next pair the mic went out, and this last pair, the part connecting the ear piece and head gear broke while he was taking them off. Now, that last break could have easily been a result of him taking them on and off through the months, as those gamers get really amped up while playing lol! But, he just added another pair to his Christmas list, which I bought.
Merit –
I wanted to love these longer. They worked for about 6 months and then flat quit. The sound was great but they have issues with their products and connectivity. I also had a Rocat mouse that was a USB and it quit working as well.
Kirch –
Started off as a good headset. If you’re like most, you take one ear off to talk to someone in person. After a few months the actual ear cup had broke.
B1ood –
Battery will last a long session or two. Sound was oretty good, bass was ok. It is for gaming so thats to be expected. Lasted me long enough that i gave them away after a couple years and they are still using it over a year later. Another friend has one as well, amd hes had nothing but problems. Its a gamble.
