Works great overall, good imagery and easy install. I needed to use usb for power so had to order another usb cord, 15 ft, the cig lighter plug in the mustang keeps power on and don’t want to kill the battery.

the picture quality is kinda ok but overall this product is noooo good as I can’t save videos to my phone or wherever I desire. you are limited to where you can share video clips. I also find that its not a user friendly product.

I bought this Best Buy online and expecting a rear camera also.Come to find out that it’s my fault for not reading the inscription . Back to the installation date I found out it’s the wrong model that I ordered. The installer tells me no problem in replacing the one that I was interested in. He took the wrong order and had one in stock. Just had to pay the difference. That’s why I’m have a total tech membership with free intalation on anything I buy with free warranty.. Enjoy doing business with Best Buy. They make sure your satisfaction with your purchase. Member for life.

This is a surprisingly good dash cam. A lot better than my previous one that I paid more for, and had the batter explode exactly one year later where it went out of warranty. The only hiccup was using a bigger memory card. It took awhile for the cam to “accept” it and now it works without issue.

I’m quite happy with this dash camera. Picture quality is good, seems sturdy and well-made. The cable is very long which makes it easy to run in the way that makes it mostly hidden in my car.

I have been using Rexing dash cams since 2015. The cameras from 2015 are still working. I decided to upgrade. I have been using this camera for a little over a month now.
Pros:
1. Compact – The camera is installed on the windshield. It is not significant to interfere with driving.
2. 4K video – The video quality is excellent.
3. Built-in GPS – This camera does not require external GPS.
4. Wide angle – This camera has a wide angle. It captures all the way from one side to the other.
5. PC Software shows GPS location on a map and speeds. The phone app is good.
Cons:
1. WIFI does not stay on all the time. The WIFI turns off every time the camera restarts. It does not connect to the phone all the time.
2. The GPS does not set the time automatically. I must manually select a time zone and DST for the time to be accurate.
3. The quality of the LCD screen on the camera is low.
I contacted Rexing support and asked about my WIFI and GPS. Rexing support responded quickly and provided the following response:
WIFI does not stay on all the time. You need to turn it on whenever you want to access a file that the dashcam has recorded. Otherwise, it will remain off. You can press and hold the REC button for five seconds as a shortcut to turning on WIFI. GPS automatically sets the time but not the time zone. You should only need to set the time zone once.
For me, Wifi, time, and LCD are not an issue. I am more concerned about the reliability and video quality; therefore, I bought Rexing. I recommend this camera. I bought one more for the rear window.

Best dash cam I’ve ever owned. I love that it’s been in my car for months in EXTREME south Texas heat with no issues. All the other dashcams I’ve tried haven’t lasted a full summer without issues from the heat. This thing is rugged!!!! I love it!

The camera was fine, until a few days ago. It started rebooting and would not stay on. Hopefully Rexing will be able to fix the camera, it is still under warranty.

Price is ok to compare with other 4k dashcam,good quality video,angle view is wide,.But,,hard to connect to the app,funtion button confusing when set up and review video thought dashcam ,when ypu mount dashcam on windshield the screen is facing down ( ,screen is not straight up as most dashcam used to be) so far.. 6/10 point

The USB fails to connect after a few months of use. There is not The USB male connector falls from the female housing. Contacted Claimed support from Rexing and the request from support is over the board. In addition to the faulty USB cable, it was hard to view the small monitor display. How it is installed the dashcam in a angle view, the view is not clear with a pronounced ghost effect. It is similar view like the thermal cameras, but blurry.
They asked me a video to show issue in addition to other detailed personal information. It was not enough for Rexing that I provided proof of purchase, email, address and phone number. For a product that costed me $100, my personal information is much more valuable.
It is my first Rexing product experience and definitely the last one.certainly I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Bought two for Christmas. It stated it TWICE that a 32 gig sd card is included, I contacted the live chat agent, he insisted that my order did not include an sd card, I sent him a link, told him where the information was listed, and he still insisted that it did not come with an sd card.
