    while the entire unit if functional and fairly easy to setup and use the interior is a jumble of cheap parts. after 6 months of use the dpad on mine had the button toggle go out and the left upon further inspection.

    Again, Razer devices never fail to impress. It comes pre-programmed as the left side of a regular keyboard but with three profiles you can set it up for all your gaming needs. It’s definitely made for larger hands, the top keys could be hard to reach for some people. The hand rest does adjust. I wish it did have two extra keys for esc and ctl but other than that it is perfect.

    I have smaller hands and always had issues using my full size keyboard for gaming on Call of Duty. I got this in hopes that it would work better for me and it definitely is! It makes it much easier to map buttons where they make sense and gives me easier access the the direction pad. Highly recommended

    This is a very handy item to have for gaming. Especially if you play games that require lots of keys. Very easy to set up and key remapping makes this even more useful. I am not a fan of the membrane keypad. I would say that is my only real complaint. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a compact option with lots of keys.

    I have used keypads like this from Razer for years. I love them. My previous one was breaking from all the use over the years. It had a slightly different button layout as this one has a scroll button. Life hack here is I mapped it to be an extra two functions. I love these and if you’re new to it, give it time. It’s all muscle memory

    Very disappointed this does not work on Mac. PC software is glitchy and some macros will not work. Very little support on manufacturer’s website. Lots of advertizing, little help. Compared to my trusty Logitech G-13, this is a big disappointment.

    I tried to like it, I really did. I bought it twice because the first was defective on ONE key, and the second I had and didn’t really use so I sent back on the end of return window. Something about the keys just isn’t quite right. It’s a cool little device don’t get me wrong, I feel like it just needs a v3 to iron out some details

    This gaming pad is not bad. It certainly isn’t necessary if you have a full keyboard and are comfortable with wasd input. Also, it may prevent input from a controller when playing other games without it. Otherwise, as far as the use of it goes, it functions well and works for mmorpg nicely. I wouldn’t get it for most games unless you don’t use controllers or are tired of standard keyboard inputs. Basically, it’s a niche item that many could pass on.

    I got this unit today using my Best Buy rewards points, and the unit I got was brand new sealed, however, five of the keys don’t click brand new out of the box all of the other keys work fine and make a click sound except for about five of them in random spots on the keypad. I have had several razor mice in the past and I have had all kinds of problems from lasers, not working on several flag ship units I paid over $200 for and several other mice having cord issues where the cord connects to the mouse. Honestly, I don’t think I’m going to be buying razor products ever again after this.

    I wanted to share my experience with the Razer Tartarus V2 Left Hand Keyboard Controller with Joystick.

    As a dedicated Fortnite FNCS and Streamer, this controller has become a game-changer for me. Its combination of fast response, customization options, and comfortable design has significantly improved my gameplay. The blend of membrane rubber dome and mechanical switch gives an instant edge, and the 32 programmable keys offer endless customization. Plus, the 8-way directional thumbpad makes executing commands seamless. Even during long gaming sessions, comfort remains a priority with this controller, and the detachable palm rest is a nice touch. Beyond gaming, it has streamlined my streaming tasks with its programmable keys. All in all, the Razer Tartarus V2 has earned its place as an essential tool in my setup. If you’re serious about leveling up your gameplay and content creation, I highly recommend giving it a try.

    Great accessory for gaming laptop and it’s comfy! Only issues that I have is the space (thumb) button doesn’t snap back as fast as the others (like less mechanical) it still works in game though. I also dislike that the buttons are numbered and not lettered (however that’s just personal preference). Love the rgb backlights and the mechanical snappiness of all the buttons (besides that one)

    I use this puppy every day. I’m a traditional mouse and keyboard player. Having this keypad has made things easier, and I am able to accomplish a lot of tasks quicker while in game, since I don’t have to move my hand to different locations on the keyboard. Best Buy also price matched which is always great. This was a great purchase and a great value.

    After using a controller for so many years, it’s an adjustment switching back to mouse and keyboard, and the Tartarus is an even bigger adjustment, but if you can get past the learning curve it is fantastic.

    The customization options are amazing, not to mention the chroma lighting options as well, just be prepared to spend some time with it.
