Sound quality was great, but the volume controls were very confusing. Build quality was also great.
Sound controls were extremely confusing as there is one slider to control game and voice chat audio prioritization as well as a general volume slider.
Microphone also was extremely sensitive and software was not very intuitive when controlling microphone senditivity snd volume.

These headphones are great I’ve never experienced a field of auido this clear and bass packed from a wireless format. The battery life is good I chrage them every other use with anywhere from 4-6 hours per use. 9/10

This overpriced headset lasted me a year before the charging port FELL INTO THE HEADSET the audio was decent the mic was decent and had really bad echo it had really good features but for 200 USD IT IS NOT WORTH IT it lasted me a year before the charging port stop working then fell into the headset itself

Headset works well when on pc, it is a bit heavy which can get uncomfortable especially if you wear glasses. Also echos on xbox so not really made for console

The mic sensitivity and headphone volumes takes some time to adjust. I had a lot of issues with my friends hearing themselves on my headphones. So now when I play with them I have to have the volume really low. These are best for single player games if your playing multiplayer with other people you could be a nuisance.

well, the way that they sound you didn’t even have to have the power on them into your controller and they sound amazing and then when you do turn them on, there’s so much space very very strong definitely pick up all the noise that you need shooting to can hear people walking up sounds really good when you’re shooting your gun. Sound of reload is great I like everything about these, they’re really good for gaming

Another Razer product you shouldnt waste your money on. Headset quality was questionable, Razers software was a nightmare to configure, and the best part is that we werent able to charge it. Cable fit in te beadset oerfectly fine, it just refused to charge. Was returned less than 24 hours kater and replaced with a SteelSeries Nova Pro

These do sound decent and the rumble function does provide a unique experience. Got them for around $100. Suggest everyone else do the same if you already have other dead sets.

The headphones vibrate every time you get hit or hit someone in a game and it gives you a headache. The microphone makes your voice sound really odd.

I should have known there was a reason this headset was $110 dollars off. First of all, the thing is massive and heavy. It has some dumb haptic feedback system that makes the headset vibrate. It is neat, but it gets old since it makes the battery drain faster, so most will disable the feature. But now you are stuck with a heavier headset with a haptic system adding weight that won’t be used. Also, there is no USB-C! It is a micro USB cable to charge. So bad! All I can say is that the audio quality is good, but there are better options than this. The mic quality is decent too. But again, there are better options for ~$100. I purchased this on sale for $89.99, and I wish I didn’t! Sorry to anyone who paid $200 for this.

at the time i bought these i was gaming mostly single player games. A few months later when i began multiplayer games everyone kept complaining about my mic and how they can hear themselves through it. these headphones were bleeding sound into the mic a little something horrible. if your going to play online which i imagine you will or else why would u need a mic, i do not reccommend these. i wish i would have known earlier and i would have been able to pick up a blackshark which are said not to have sound bleed issues. now im stuck annoying anyone i play online with or am constantly getting muted…

these headphones SUCK!! my husband has them and although the audio quality is ok, the echo is horrible!!!! i can hear everything he’s doing including the music he’s listening to, game sounds, typing etc which i don’t mind but overtime it gets super annoying. these headphones would only be good if you bought a mic along with it because the mic on the headset picks up everything even with sound suppression, but that means spending even more money and some people are on a budget. it also dies quick which shouldn’t be happening as it was a new headset!!! sometimes it doesn’t even pick up what he’s saying. we tried everything to fix the echoing but gave up at the end, so don’t buy these if you want a good quality headset .

Audio is fantastic & connectivity issues were resolved with a firmware update. However, the battery life is worse than I expected, and I find myself charging it regularly.

Product has been great for the past month. I mainly use it for my PC and PS5. The headphones have RGB included but only works when I connect it to my PC and have the razor applications downloaded. The sound system in the phones work well but, can be loud so you might have to adjust the settings to your liking. If the sound system is too loud, other players can hear an echo or you might hear your voice as well. Another function that I have notice is that the dial on the left side has a gaming and mic setting but, for me I notice that I have to turn the dial to the gaming side for my PS5 and the other side for my PC.

broke within the first day of use, the ear pieces are flimsy plastic. The microphone is also not very clear. I will try the turtle beach next time they look stronger.

Liked the noise cancellation and how you can modify it in the razer app to your liking. I like the option where your headset can vibrate, even though I always turned it off. very useful for gaming. Specially, to hear footstep in first person shooter game.
